I’m honestly so sad to be looking for new mascara! I’ve been using this mascara for 14 years. I typically did not have to replace my product so quickly but this last time around my mascara was so dry and definitely didn’t apply like it always has. I even went in returning it and replaced with another and application is still dry and flaky. I’m unsure if there has been a change to the formula? If so, we need the old formula back. I’ve recommended this product to so many. Sad to be moving on from it. Giving five stars only because I loved it!

My previous purchases of this mascara were great - no flakes, super black, good definition once I figured out how to use the rigid wand. But my most recent purchase... Something is off. The formula is very dry, like almost as dry as my nearly used up tube. I think I'll be returning it and looking for something else until they change the formula back to whatever it used to be. It's really too bad because I absolutely loved this mascara - I would have rated my previous tubes as 5 stars.

It’s not terrible, but definitely isn’t anything to write home about. I have pretty decent lashes to begin with, they are moderately long and thick. I find that it doesn’t hold a curl in my lashes at all and I need more product/layers than I do with my Revlon mascara. Does pretty good at not smudging or crumbling during the day. I’m going to finish this tube, but will stick with Revlon until I get brave enough to try something new again.

Tried many mascaras over the years and always end up going back to this one. My main concern with most mascaras is flaking which ends up giving me raccoon eyes at the end up of day/night — this mascara simply doesn’t do that. Pair with a primer and it works even better.

I have used this mascara for YEARS but the latest version is DIFFERENT in a HORRIBLE way. I have always loved the fact that when I go to wash off the mascara, I can get it wet and the mascara literally slides off my eyelashes, almost looking like spider legs. Also, when I would accidentally get mascara on my eyelid, all I would have to do is wait a min for it to dry and take a q-tip to wipe it off and it came off SO EASILY!! But this new formula is IMPOSSIBLE to get off. I have to scrub my eyes with soap, makeup remover and lotion.. it literally takes multiple products to get it completely off and not look like I have racoon eyes. And if I accidentally get some on my eyelid when applying it, forget it! My makeup is ruined now because I have to use makeup remover to get it off! This new formula is HORRIBLE and I'm highly disappointed that you guys changed it! Why did you change an already perfect product?? This new version sucks!
