As per directions, I twisted clockwise yet nothing happened. It doesn't matter how much I twist, the liner won't come out. This is a poor design or a scam!!

I don’t know what changed between my first and second purchase. Possibly the waterproof version becoming the only version available? But this is awful and it slips and slides all over my eyes no matter what I do to prep my lids.

I used to be able to buy this while grocery shopping at any local store. I start to notice less store that carry it , even target does not re-stock it in sore for months. I had a feel this is going to be discontinued. I am sad that I have to search for another skinny and smooth gel liner

I opened it and when I twisted the black grip section I heard a rattling noise from the body. I don't know how it works but I'm pretty sure the screw that fell out was a key component to the twist mechanism because it no longer works

At first I loved it. It was easy to apply on. Sometimes it would smudge a little bit I coud clean easily. The point was very short. At the 3rd time I tried to use I would twist it out and the point never came out. Other negative point it smudge during the day.

Love this. Haven't found another gel eyeliner that goes on and stays on so well, plus I love the skinny quality. I have used it in black, brown, and charcoal. Very sad to see charcoal discontinued!! Please bring it back!! Also, my one complaint about the product is that is gets used up very quickly. Any way to make it longer so it lasts longer?

This is my absolute favorite eyeliner because it stays on me the longest and goes on smoothly! The only downsides are that I go through it quickly because there’s not much there and because it’s so thin, it’s super easy for some to break off as you’re trying to apply and then you waste it. So it’s a bit expensive considering how much you get, in my opinion.
