I’m no stranger to Mayfield milk mainly due to their rich milk flavor as compared to other brands. But this is my first go with the 1% kind. It has a texture similar to skim milk. It comes out light in color but it still has the rich milk flavor just less fat.

I thought that this would taste a bit different from other milk in a way that would not be to my liking, but to my surprise it tastes just as great. Maybe I’m being thrown off by the color of the jug or something, but don’t let that deter you. That specialized colored jug gives it that stand out shine that will separate it from the usual.
