Mayfield 1% Milk - 1gal

First, we LOVE this milk. BUT, bought a gallon and it was solid at the top, about 2-3 inches of solid milk or cream at the top. Returned it immediately to Target, got another, got it home and…. same issue. Back to Target for a refund. Three trips, no milk !!!!

I don’t know how to explain it but the texture is so much better, and the consistency is good. The durability for me is something that no matter smell good after the expiration date I will still throw it away. The packaging I love so much that vibrant yellow with the blue. Recommend

I’m no stranger to Mayfield milk mainly due to their rich milk flavor as compared to other brands. But this is my first go with the 1% kind. It has a texture similar to skim milk. It comes out light in color but it still has the rich milk flavor just less fat.
