    Took these for 2 months and had to stop. The first month seemed ok, but once I got to the 2nd month I developed stomach pains and constipation. Not sure how all the other people haven’t experienced stomach issues. Once I stopped taking it, the cramping and tunny pain went away.

    Better than other similar products

    This was gifted to me after I was found to have low ferritin levels. I have tried so many different formulations of iron and never seem to tolerate any. This is so much better than any of the others I’ve tried. It doesn’t seem to cause constipation, the pills aren’t too big and they are easy to swallow, it’s vegan and filled with other vitamins such as C (which helps with absorption). It does seem to cause me minor nausea and have a slightly metallic taste (but I mean, it’s iron, what do you expect?!) I haven’t had bloodwork yet to see if it’s worked but they did find a study which showed good data that it does indeed work. I plan to suggest this to my patients if my levels increase.

    This works!

    My iron went from 19 to 156 in a few months. My saturation was 5L and went up to 36L. I’ve tried other brands but this formula actually got my iron levels back up. They do not cause constipation or stomach upset for me at all.

    Blood Builder has done wonders

    Blood Builder has done wonders for me. I've been hit with a bad bout of arthritis in 2024 and was put on medication. My count has tipped downward some after maintaining a steady and perfect count since I started the therapy years ago. This month I am due for a retest and follow-up with my Hematologist. There were a few days where I have forgotten to take my supplements which may have contributed to that fact. I have once again been faithful in my scheduling consumption and have no doubt my count has risen to the perfect levels it has maintained since the beginning. Thank you MegaFood. I would like to explore a quality of B12 or a all B complex so any info you can send my way would be great.

    Mega food blood builder iron

    Mega food blood builder iron supplement is the only one I can take to help boost my iron with stomach problems. My iron is typically on the lower side and this supplement has been just right. I take it on occasions where I feel my iron is low or a day before I donate blood.

    I tried a lot different irons, and I like that this one does not stain my teeth, does not make me constipated, and does not make me nauseous. I do try to make sure I have something on my stomach or I’m going to eat soon after I take it, but this has been the least problematic iron I’ve tried

    I have low ferritin and iron deficiency, and my doctor recommended Blood Builder because it’s gentle on my stomach and I can take it without food. It also has vitamin C to help with absorption, plus B12 and folate to support red blood cell production. My iron and ferritin levels have improved a lot.
