These MegaFood Iron Energy Gummies are really a very easy way to get your dose of iron for the day. The fact that they are gummies helps. I usually take mine first thing in the morning and I’m pretty much set for the day. They have a pleasant taste and I don’t notice any bad aftertaste like some other iron supplements have. I have tried several of the MegaFood suppliments and this Iron Gummy is in my top 10.

I want to start off by saying Mega Food is the best vitamin brand out. I loved their Blood Builders gummies but I did get complaints with my friends about the flavor even though i dont mind it. I gave the same friends this iron gummy and they loved it and i do too. Its like a sweet treat especially during that time of month.
