Hard to Swallow
I normally have no problems swallowing pills, but these have an odd shape that gets caught in my throat. I had to drink quite a lot of water to get them down. They worked fine once I was able to swallow them, but I have thrown them away and bought another brand.

this melatonin works but i kept waking up multiple times through out the night. I also woke up feeling extremely nauseated and threw up like crazy. I’m not sure if it’s the side effects of taking it for the first time because never again i had the worst night of sleep and worst morning

Knocks me OUTT
After my nighttime routine, which can take up to 20 minutes, I take a single tablet, get into bed, and watch a few videos for about 30 minutes. By then, I'm out like a light. Before using this, I would only fall asleep around 1-2 AM and wake up at 6. Now, I can sleep soundly from 10 PM to 6 AM. A bonus is that it gives me incredibly vivid dreams, something I haven't experienced in over a year and a half. Sometimes they're nightmares, but that's part of the fun

Bought these because I saw another review that said they “were good af” and that sold me. I’m in nursing school and I have to be up at 4am on Saturdays. I pop one before I got to bed and it does the trick! I do however only use these once a week, not sure how they’d favor for everyday. A plus is the amount you get for the price, can’t beat that!
