Just buy the pillow.

I love the Casaluna brand, but they have outdone themselves with this one. I have only had this pillow for a short time and I am tempted to buy a second one in case Casaluna decides to stop selling it. It is the most comfortable body pillow I've tried. the length is incredible - I am 5'5" and when I lay with it on my side, the pillow extends a few inches past my feet. It spans almost the full width of my queen mattress. The memory foam bounces back and has an amazing softness to it. Just buy the pillow.. It'll change your sleep for the better.

I was able to snag this item on sale for $25. For that price, it's pretty great. Its definitely much thicker and firmer than my cheapy body pillow previously. With that being said, $45 for a pillow seems insane to me.
