Smells like baby powder, good hold. Would not buy again.

Works just as good as salon products but for much less of the cost.

Great product. I tried this styling product after seeing a review on YouTube. The product is great. I love the smell, and it holds up well, all day. It took a little getting used to, as I usually use a pomade, but. Little goes a long way. It’s tacky to the touch, when applying, but leaves your hair weightless once applied. Highly recommend and will definitely purchase again.

This used to have a really great smell. Not sure if it smelled like moroccan int and cedar but it smelled really good. Now it smells like some cheap soap you buy from the dollar store. It's actually giving me a headache.

This new reformulation is AMAZING !! It used to be a little rough to apply in the past but now, it's super easy. It gives a nice matte finish, a beautiful texture, lift, volume, thickness, and it is very lightweight. The hold is firm - strong (depends on your hair length & thickness). Smells nice and fresh. Light scent, nothing overpowering. The washout is a breeze. This cocktails super well with the matte pomade (which is more of a texture pomade).

This is my husband's most used, favorite texturizing fiber. He has tried a lot because our local Target doesn't carry it. It has great hold and gives thin hair more texture and helps it look thicker than it is.

My nephews and I like it. High school kids go tho about 2-3 of this a school year

Works great for people with a mix of multiple hair types. I don't find it greasy and washes out easily. The only issue is finding it at your local Target. Not all stores carry it, which is very disappointing on Targets part.

Has no hold even with fine hair.

This product reminds me of Sumo Wax from bumble and bumble but it is way better and a fraction of the price. I bought 2 of these because I cant live without it now.

Chalky and grainy texture. Doesn’t blend easily with dark hair. Feels cheap.

Came to read the reviews for this product to confirm that I hadn’t just purchased a faulty batch - and it seems I’m not alone. The new formula is incredibly loose and provides little to no hold with a greasy feel and look. What used to be a thick, matte product with great hold is now a very wet, almost gel-like product that is practically unrecognizable from its predecessor. Unsure why the change was made, as the previous formula (and scent) was the best product I’ve used for years. Very disappointed in the unnecessary downgrade in quality for this product.

I've been using the Blue Sage & Tonic paste for well over a year. This new fragrance makes my hair smell like I've been hanging out in a bar for days on end. I used it 2 times, then prompty returned to Target. BRING back the former fragrance.

Finally a product that works for the fam. We all use it, wife, husband, kids. We’ve got a mix of hair (wavy and straight) works for all of us. Nice smell. Always running out we use so much, wish it was in jumbo size!

Like others have said the old formula was excellent - 5 stars for sure. Honestly the only product that I have found in two decades that really worked how I prefer. The new formula is ok at best, it is weaker hold and greasier. Now I’m gonna try to find a replacement product because the new formula doesn’t actually work for me. Any recommendations ?

This is a texturizing clay pomade. Not sure why it's called "fiber" but anyhow.. I used to use the older formulation with the blue sage tonka scent, and for some reason, "some" people seem to have a problem with the newer formulation. I'm not sure why.. The new scent is just as nice and even a little more subtle than the older one was . The formula is almost identical as the older one was. It's actually better in my opinion. It used to be a little too "dry".. Now, it's still a dry product that gives the same volume, same thickening effect, same amazing texture as before, but now it's a little easier to scoop out, a little easier to emulsify in your hands and it's a little easier to apply in your hair. It's still dry, has some pull, some tug and stickiness, but it's a much smoother expérience. Also, the finish is the same but even better in my opinion. It now has a perfect balance between dryness and smoothness. You have the slight grit from the clays but, also the nourishment from the oils etc.. Some of these reviewers say It doesn't hold etc.. I don't agree with that either. This holds 99.9% the same as before, if not 100%. And it's now also a little easier to wash out. It's truly a wonderfully formulated and well balanced clay that is made with really high quality ingredients, similar to the top homebrewed companies, with the same awesome performance, but with a much better price point. I even like to add a tiny pinch of their pomade to this when I feel like having a slight little healthy sheen to my style. You can use the clay in damp hair, you can blow-dry it on for big volume and you can of course use it in dry hair. Some of these reviewers who say this isn't good compared to the older formula are exaggerating a ton! If anything, this has gotten even better!

Bring back Blue Sage and Tonka! Was my favorite!
