Miko Wireless Massage Pillow - Kumo Mini

I recently purchased this product and I am very happy that I did! It is small enough to travel and great for use at home or in the office. I tend to use it at work and it is quiet and effective. A great little massager!

I had recently been thinking about buying a massager-type product and this happened to be an option I could choose as my work anniversary gift-- best choice ever! Having to sit still and stare at computer screens all day for my job, I find my upper back, shoulders, and neck get extremely tight and achey. My partner has the opposite problem where his body gets tired and sore from having to walk around all day for his job. This lil massager has been such a relief (literally) for us both. We mainly use it on our necks and backs (upper and lower) but my partner has also used it on the backs of his legs. The internal massaging components rotate both ways and you can either wait for it to cycle through and change or you can do a short press on the power button to manually switch them. There is also a button to turn off the warming sensation but we both prefer to keep it on. It doesn't get too hot, but you will notice a lovely, gradual warmth that really helps to sooth your muscles as the massager is working. While we don't legitimately fight over it, we are always passing it between ourselves and will be "disappointed" with the other if one of us forgets to re-charge it after using it! We love this little machine!

I bought it a few weeks ago and have been using it almost daily ever since. The heating function is incredible. I have a tight back, neck, and shoulders, it helps a lot. I didn't think such a device would ease my pain, but it does!

It replaced an old, less sophisticated, but good quality shiatsu massager. The massager comes in a strong cardboard carry case with a handle which I'll keep and use when I travel. The massage modes can't be altered, except to reverse them, which also happens automatically. The controls are easy to reach during use. That there is no trailing lead makes it much easier to reposition. After two days of use, I woke up today with little pain in my back and shoulders, for the first time in months, so it seems effective. The massage can be a bit strong on painful areas but that is easy to alleviate by sitting forward slightly or wearing a thicker top, though perhaps the cover could be made thicker. It is fine on the hips, just a little strong on painful tight shoulders at first. It also rolls over the bony areas of the edge of the shoulder blades, which feels a little strange but seems to help with stress reduction. The design is sleek and simple and it looks like a cushion. Best of all the design features, it is rechargeable so I can charge it then leave it ready for use when I need it and it doesn't look like a quasi-medical device in my living room. It's quite deep but small overall. The flap that covers the massage nodes could do with press studs to hold it in place. The cover is zipped and removable for washing. The elastic that holds it in place on a chair is pretty strong, the machine doesn't slip down when attached to the chair. I activated the two-year guarantee and got a reply saying it was active and I could contact customer support direct if I had problems. Overall quite impressed by the attention to detail and design of this device.

Got for my mother for Christmas, and says she loves it and it gives her relief for her back pain.When I used it it massages quite hard. So if you can handle a hard massage this is for you. Quite firm but I love the heat it comes with it.

This is great for some temporary lower back relief. It's easy to just lightly lean against it while it's working. I love that it's rechargeable so I don't have to mess with the cords while using it. It is a basic shiatsu type massage with large balls that move around and provide pressure. They show using it on your neck but I didn't have much luck with that -- you have to lean on it to keep it in place and it's not very comfortable to do that. But I do enjoy using it on my lower back. It has a heat function but it doesn't really get that warm. It does have a strap on the back so you can easily wrap it around a chair and keep it in place when using it on your back. Other accessories include a carrying bag and a charger to use in your car. Overall, it could be a bit softer but it's a nice device and feels well made.

Anything I've ever said about home massage machines, I take back. This little guy is wonderful. When I saw the size, I was like "here we go again". When I plugged it in and tried it... OMG. I was beyond surprised at how deep the massage gets, but without the usual hard grinding pain. The heat is just right too. Nice and warm while it's loosening you up. I mean, just wonderful. I can sit on my couch or lay in bed and let this baby go to work. Definitely give this a try it you're in the market for a great home Shiatsu massager.

This Miko Wireless Shiatsu Massager is the first rechargeable pillow massager that I ordered. It is small and portable, and the blue gray color is very pretty. However, it only has two buttons, one long press to turn on and off, and alternate a few she has two patterns, and the other for heat. The strength of the massage and heat is decent but its max is still not hard enough and not quite meeting my pain tolerance and preference. Nevertheless, being rechargeable and portable is a plus, since I can pretty much use it anywhere including at the park or the beach.

I've been struggling with low back pain for a long time and I am always looking for new solutions to help with this. So far I'm quite impressed with this wireless and portable massage pillow made by the company Miko.I love that it is rechargeable so it's very easy to bring along on road trips and when I go camping. I've only used this for my low back area, but based on the shape it should be good for the larger leg muscles as well.The battery lasts plenty long enough for me to get a good low back massage. It does use a proprietary charging cable so you'll have to make sure not to misplace that. It would be nice if it charged via the more standard USB.It does claim to have heat as well, it does get slightly warm but don't expect much heat from it so that's something to keep in mind.

I've tried lots of corded pillow massagers and i can honestly say that this massager is not very strong and is somewhat slow. The reason you would choose a massager like this over a less expensive but stronger wired one is if you have no other option in terms of a power outlet. My go to wired pillow massager is very good but i do need a short extension chord to use it at my desk, most of the time i end up disconnecting it because i need to plug in something else. With this massager i can just pick it up and take it anywhere i want.This massager has a single speed which in a regular wired version would be speed 1 of 3. It also has a heat function which is very weak, the heat function is weak even in most wired ones too so to me it feels like the average heat you get from these in general. The power button also doubles as a reverse button, I've never understood this function in shiatsu massagers because the automatically reverse the spin every few seconds anyways.The one thing I really liked about this massager besides the battery is the rollers used. Almost every shiatsu massager I've tried has very large and painful rollers, the rollers in this massager are flatter making them very comfortable. Something else I liked is that this massager is also very quiet, its the quietest one I've tried so far.Overall this massager doesent perform as well as a wired one but performs perfectly fine for a battery powered one. The single speed feels slow at first but once you get into the massage it begins to feel perfect. I'm pretty sure the single speed was done to preserve battery, I'd rather enjoy a long slow massage than a very short fast massage. Using while connected doesent increase the speed or heat, only charges it while using.

I can’t stop using it. I’ve had it for months now, purchased for my boyfriend since I’m bad at shoulder rubs (I pass out like 42 seconds in). Too bad he never gets to use it because I’m always using it and falling asleep on it.I was hesitant to buy it because I don’t like having *stuff* (the sort of things people buy and never use, but end up collecting for years) and was afraid it would be an eye sore. Nah. It’s great. My living room is all Bernhardt leather modern and this fits in and is hardly noticeable at all. The battery lasts a pretty long time, too. Overall I’m extremely impressed with the quality of all materials.This is too affordable to not have for those stressful days that end up cramping your traps and throwing out your neck.

This Miko wireless shiatsu massage pillow is rechargeable and easy to use. it provides a deep relaxing massage in addition to warmth for a relaxing experience. Nice hint of heat and kneading on the go is super. Well made and doesn't get in the way.

I didn't like how bulky this was behind my back in my office chair, but I did put it face up on the ground and used it for my feet and that's been heavenly!Easy to use, love the earning feature and I love that it holds a charge and doesn't require being plugged in to work.

Love the size. You can literally easily take it anywhere. It has heat. The massaging feels wonderful. Especially on my lower back. Also very giftable.

This massager is simple and easy to use. There is one speed and you can choose heat or no heat. That's it!It does a good job relaxing my lower back muscles. It feels good and is not too rough like some massager I have had. The heat is mild , not too hot.The massager is wireless, which makes it so convenient to use! I can use it anywhere, even while relaxing on my deck. I have used the plug in type and they often disconnected as I adjusted them to just the right spot - annoying! This massager has solved that problem and is much easier to take along for that reason.

I'm pretty impressed with this shiatsu massage pillow. It is compact, lightweight and comfortable to use. It does a decent job of kneading and relieving the soreness in the neck muscles. The material and build quality seems good as well.The pillow has dual rotating massage nodes for shiatsu kneading and infrared light under them to provide the soothing heat. The outer fabric material feels soft and breathable while the back is padded with fabric as well. The controls are all in the front: power button to turn the rotating nodes on/off as well as to change direction of the rotation, and another button to turn the heat on/off.There is only one rotational speed and one heat level. The massage nodes run pretty smoothly and quietly. The heat is just decent. It provides a little bit of warmth, not hot but handy enough in a cold room.I really like that this pillow is rechargeable highly portable. It holds a charge well and has run over 3 hours in total since I charged it last. It has a coaxial charging socket on the back and comes with a standalone A/C charger. A charging cable for car is also provided.Overall, I'm pretty pleased with this shiatsu massage pillow. It is highly portable, comfortable and easy to use. Pretty sturdy and well made too. Despite having only one speed and one heat setting, It works pretty well and helps with the tension and soreness in the neck. It gets the job done. Good product.

The media could not be loaded. As I began to use this I noticed that the rollers really worked to loosen tight knots in my back. I didn't want to stop using it - amazing!! Not only do the rollers effectively loosen tight muscles, but this also has a heating feature. The heat level feels comparable to my heating pad. I started by putting it behind my lower back and then slowly adjusted it higher up my back towards my neck area. This needed charging at first, but what's nice is you can still use it while it's charging. The ability to use this on or off the charger is fantastic. The batter life is roughly 4 hours before needing another charge up, so it is as described. This is well worth a 5 star rating, highly recommend.

Even though this thing isn’t the biggest of massagers, its very effective in getting rid of lower back pain and even upper back pain. It’s good enough to fit in the small of the back and fit well. It has to be plugged in but that’s not a problem because the plug is long enough. I like the intensity of the massage and i havne’t had any pain with usage. I would highly recommend this for those with back pain for sure.

This is a really great massager. It is quiet enough you can't tell when someone is using it. It is compact enough that it just hangs around the living room waiting for someone to use it.The kneading motion is really good. I like using it on my neck or lower back. The heat is nice, not too hot but definitely provides enough warming to loosen the muscles you are massaging. The battery seems to last plenty long.
