I would definitely recommend these for a quick clean out but please make sure nothing else is planned for the rest of your day. atleast for a few hours

They don’t work in 30 mins - 6 hours. It’s been 24 hours and I’ve taken 4 and no results. The powder does the same thing. These are not fast acting.

Oh my god these are so disgusting. Somehow they manage to be chalky and fruity at the same time.

This helped get things moving along when things weren’t naturally moving along on their own. Didn’t experience any discomfort or additional bloating from taking these.
