Honestly this worked well for me. I had previously used a stimulant lax and it unfortunately caused great discomfort, cramping, and didn't work. However, I used this and it started working rather quickly and I don't have any side effects personally.

After my discectomy, I initially received a prescription for Senna, but I found that MiraLax worked much faster to relieve my constipation. I only took half of the recommended dosage, and I was pleased to have a bowel movement the very next morning.

My daughter struggled with constipation. We cut out orange and yellow food (mostly fruit) as recommended by a pedestrian. It didn’t improve anything. We requested a gastroenterologist and she said to use this product. My daughter was only 2 at the time and was surprised she could have this but so happy she told us about it. We didn’t like the other methods. The chewable tablets were harsh on her stomach and not a long term solution. The doctor insisted to keep using MiraLAX for a few years until things got better. It doesn’t affect her large or small intestines. She’s been on this for 3 years now and have never looked back. It’s improved her mood and over all health.

I like it that it helped me from some time but thanks to my chiropractor he made me realized that miralax dehydrate me and it makes so much sense when I drink a lot of water. However he told me to just take magnesium citrate vitamin and it works for me. Change my life and never had to take miralax again.
