Defective product sold by Target

Bought two identical laptops for kids for Christmas gifts. From the moment of set up it was clear one laptop was different from the other (slower set up, etc.). Spent months trying to remedy on my end to no avail. Deduced that one laptop was sold as brand new and charged fee for brand new but was really a defective product that had been returned to target and should have been classified as open box and discounted OR never resold- but was sold as new. One of my kids is very upset and sad that his laptop doesn't work the same as his brothers. Now my only option is to send it back to the manufacturer which is costly and my son will be without his laptop for over a month. Zero help from Target.

Can barely handle warzone. Got around 50-60fps on recommended settings and 60-70fps on basic. Gameplay and graphics were just o.k quality. Not worth the price imo

Great Laptop!

I do not spend tons of money on myself but I do enjoy gaming so I figured I would treat myself. I love this laptop! No issues so far and I have had this for a few months now. It runs all the games I want to play (mostly Sims4), graphics are great, the keyboard lights up red, the sound is decent. No complaints from me and would definitely buy again. It does run a little hot but I just elevate the fan to be safe and it does not affect gameplay.
