a cold, hay fever or other upper respiratory allergies.When using this product
When using this product: do not exceed recommended dosage,do not use this product for more than 3 days. Use only as directed. Frequent or prolonged use may cause nasal congestion to recur or worsen,this product may cause temporary discomfort such as burning, stinging, sneezing, or an increase in nasal discharge,the use of this container by more than one person may spread infection.Directions
Shake well before use. To open, hold by the white grips then squeeze and turn cap. Before using for the first time, remove the protective cap from the tip and prime metered pump by depressing firmly several times. To spray, hold bottle with thumb at the base and nozzle between first and second fingers. Without tilting head, insert nozzle into nostril. Fully depress pump all the way down with a firm even stroke and sniff deeply. Wipe nozzle clean after use. To close, turn cap until it clicks. Do not discard cap.Adults and Children 6 to Under 12 Years of Age (with adult supervision)
2 or 3 sprays in each nostril, not more often than every 10 to 12 hours. Do not exceed 2 doses in any 24-hour period.Children Under 6 Years of Age

Mucinex Sinus-Max Full Force Nasal Spray contains a decongestant, oxymetazoline, that helps provide relief from nasal congestion. You can use both products if you are experiencing these symptoms; nasal and chest congestion. Do not use the Nasal spray for more than 3 days. Be sure to read label instructions thoroughly for appropriate use of both products. Mucinex DM contains active ingredients: guaifenesin, that helps provide relief from chest congestion and Dextromethorphan a cough suppressant. I could kiss the ground that the creators of this spray walk on. By medical direction, I used on my child who had horrible congestion following his first back-to-school cold. He was miserable until he had one squirt of this in each nostril. He felt so much better and was able to fall asleep easily.

The cool sensation was less harsh than other spray decongestants like this. Best part of it, only needed 1 dose for relief. We havent used another brand since we found this one!

Whoa! This is fantastic. Like seriously good. I had been suffering for horrible congestion from allergies for a couple days and Allegra wasn’t helping and I didn’t want it to turn into a sinus infection. I have done one dose so far and I can breathe and don’t feel drainage as much as I did. I call the pharmacist about the warning labels so if you experience hypothyroidism it is fine but hyperthyroidism is one to check. Also they said only do for 3 days because after that it is not as effective.

This spray does absolute wonders! I was extremely congested. I had filled up an entire trash can with tissues from blowing my nose all day and have a ton of nasal drip on top of it. I couldn’t wait for the antibiotic to kick in so after some research I got this nasal spray and am so glad I did. Instant relief! I’m not lying when I say my nose was congested like LA traffic and then after using this it all disappeared. I’m so glad I can taste my food again.

This is amazing! I was so desperate! In fact I found this while waiting for my prescription for a sinus infection. I hadn’t been able to breathe from my nose for 3 days after a 2 week cold. One squirt of this solved all my problems!!

So my sinuses had been completely swollen up for days. Not sure if it’s the dry central heat because of the winter, or because I’m actually pretty allergic to my cats. Anyway, a humidifier didn’t work at all to open up my sinuses and neither did most over the counter allergy meds. But this spray worked in about a minute and cleared me up perfectly. I’m amazed, I didn’t have high hopes at first but wow. No more congestion, and no more waking up in the middle of the night because I can’t breathe through my nose. Thank god!

Wow! This is an incredible product! I had a stuffed nostril that was being so stubborn, I could not clear it with the Nelli Pot or Zicam Nasal Spray. I was nervous to use this, but OMG in 3-5 minutes my nasal passages were CLEARED! Incredible. I am about 10 hours in and I slept so good, bc I can breathe. Excellent product!! Highly recommend

This stuff is amazing when you have congestion due to a cold and it really does soothe the upper nasal passage/sinus area. Interestingly, it doesn’t seem to do much for chronic congestion, though, which is what I initially bought it for and I wasn’t going to buy it again. But then I woke up with a cold that was entirely nasal (nasal congestion so bad I couldn’t breathe at all through my nose and stinging upper nasal passage/sinus pain). I tried one spray in each nostril and my nasal passages felt better almost immediately. Within 5 minutes the stinging pain had abated almost entirely and my congestion was totally gone for hours. Now I’m stocking up!
