This is trash. Wax did not stick to the strips, so unable to pull wax once applied (luckily wax wipes off with water). I have used the original non-sugar version of this pen in the past and it worked well, so I was disappointed when this kit did not work.

Fast and easy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nad's Natural Precision Eyebrow Wax Wand is my favorite tool for waxing at home. It is super easy to apply and remove the hair. I love that it can easily be washed off and the strips can be reused as needed. My eyebrows are always shaped nicely and my skin feels so smooth.

She’s got some wild eyebrows! I showed her how to use it and she really likes. Does not hurt and rather simple to apply.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try this wax wand and I have to tell you that it is unfortunately a big let down and I’ll explain why. First off, the wand design itself is not the greatest, particularly the wand tip. Application ability is poor and the wax comes out and is sticking to the plastic wand applicator which makes it difficult to get it where you need it to and it’s still quite messy. Also, the wax product inside the wand does not stick to hair or peach fuzz, it just does not stick at all. I read the directions 3x just to be sure I was not messing up somehow or interfering with how this product was supposed to work and it just simply was not. When you put the strip on the wax it will try to stick but I was left unable to remove any hair with the sticky wax left on my face. The wax does not stick to any kind of hair and it does not become stiff or harden in any way to do so, it simply does not grip anything. However, I will say it is thankfully easy to wash off, so I will give you that. But this is all just a huge design and product formula fail. I felt like I put honey on my face and it performed as such. You will have to completely overhaul this product in order for it to be successful, I love the concept but the product is awful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a little over a month ago and I’m so happy I did, I’m a mom of 3 and having time to yourself just doesn’t exist. So to be able to have this in the go to do my eye brows super fast is amazing! The only thing would be nice if the wax could be warmed up just a little bit to help spread it easier but over all the sticky feel isn’t to bad but comes off with some warm water and soap.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the simplicity of this eyebrow wax kit. It has everything you need, like the wax wand and wax strips. The wax easily comes out by twisting the other end of the wand. Where's the wax dispenses from is an angled flat tip that makes it easy to apply the wax to the brow area. This kit comes with enough strips to lay the amount of wax included. I would say that my only con about this is, if you don't put the cap back on the applicator, there wax will slowly ooz out without even having to twist off the other end. Overall, it's a great mini wax kit, and handy for your home or on the go.
