My first thought was, "this must be what death tastes like." And my second thought was, "actually, there's no way death is this bitter, or no one would do it peacefully." I can't believe this made it past the product test phase. I also can't believe they let them print blueberry on the label. That's a brazen @$$ lie, y'all know it tastes like rotted goose @nu$.

My husband really loves these! He takes melatonin every night but was having issues with not sleeping through the night. After taking these with his melatonin, he says he sleeps through the night and barely gets woken up anymore. Definitely give them a try.

Just tried these for the first time tonight since I cannot use melatonin. I am trying to find out if some of the ingredients have a side effect that makes me feel a little bit edgy… My nerves feel slightly off. Is this normal? Does this subside over time?

Absolutely disgusting flavor and scent! Do not recommend. Wanted to try something without melatonin but these are just intolerable. I’ll stick to the regular melatonin Natrol.

I tried the product and had very good results. I'm only on night two but happy with my experience. I spoke with a Pharma D colleague who specializes in evaluating dietary supplement products and he affirmed Ashwagandha was widely used and effective. He also pointed me at a fact sheet from the NIH which was helpful. So far, I highly recommend this product.

These are great! I’ve tried lots of sleep aids as I suffer from anxiety/stress and have a hard time falling asleep but these actually help me wind down and relax before bed and they actually help me stay asleep! I usually toss and turn all night but when I take these I don’t. My sleep has definitely changed for the better!

I have tried various other vitamins, supplements, teas, and more to help me relieve stress at night (without resorting to sleep medications), but so far nothing has helped until this! Many other remedies I've tried have either given me nightmares or made me extremely groggy in the morning (due to the melatonin addition), but now that is a thing of the past! I LOVE these gummies. I take one approximately 30 minutes before bed time and I am able to feel my body relax. My mind stops running and I feel like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders. I love that these do not include melatonin and are infused with such wonderful ingredients such as ashwagandha, chamomile, lavender and lemon balm. Plus, I feel comfortable putting them in my body because they have no GMO's, no artificial preservatives, or no synthetic dyes. They truly do soothe the mind and soothe the body to allow better sleep quality and help me fall asleep quicker. Plus, as an added bonus, they taste pretty good too. The blueberry flavor was the way to go! Overall, I give these a 10/10 and have enjoyed adding them to my nightly routine.

The Natrol, Soothing Night blueberry gummy’s allow me to sleep soundly but still wake for bumps in the night. They help me calm my brain to fall asleep at a normal time. I don’t use them every night, just when I’m feeling anxious or when my sleep schedule is off. I take half the recommended dose of 2 gummies before bed. Plus they taste great!

Did not work as well as melatonin for me. Took me a long time to fall asleep and I did not stay asleep. I really hoped this would work for me.
