These are absolutely putrid and vile. I am concerned for the people who enjoy this taste….that’s not normal. They are sticky, like disgustingly sticky. I was so grossed out just touching them. And then there’s the taste. They taste so metallic, and it’s like chewing on blood flavored goop. There’s a really nasty aftertaste and water doesn’t help. Don’t waste your money.

I needed a boost of iron after surgery.....I was taking the Nature Made Iron 65 mg and it caused constipation big time - I read that the more iron you take - it can be constipating so I bought these lower dose ones. You can get the 18mg in the multi daily but I don't take those every day. So I read the reviews and they mostly said they were good. These don't taste bad at all - a little berry flavor. And I like these are ferrous fumarate and MONK FRUIT FREE! I will take the whole 30 days of them to boost up my iron level more slowly without that nasty constipation!
Bad taste, I dont plan to take more.

The taste wasn’t too bad. They become sticky and I’m not sure why. I’ve bought 2 bottles and both became sticky and hard to get out of the bottle. I’ll go back to the tablets.

i've been very unwell for a while which i found out was due to iron deficiency. after a few months of taking these, i feel like a normal person again. 99% of the bad reviews are just because of the taste. they do taste unpleasant, but they are an iron supplement, so they taste like…iron.

Easy to take compared to pills and I do feel better taking them. I like that they have vitamin C to increase the absorption. The only problem is the taste. You can taste the iron and it's not great. The texture is also a little gritty. I just take them with a better tasting gummy to mask the flavor.

Really disgusting and inedible. Makes me feel sick from the taste. However, caused no digestive issues for me. (No comparison, this is my first iron supplement). Will not repurchase due to taste alone, it’s a mix of blood and something indescribable. Can’t keep taking it it’s like torturing myself

I decided on this one because all the other iron supplement reviews warned of stomach issues/nausea and this one didn’t have those. The taste is nowhere near as bad as what pp are claiming. It’s not pleasant but it didn’t make me gag. Just plug your nose to make it quick.

Paired this with red meat daily and probiotic rich foods and I was able to get my iron back to normal in 3 months. These work well and don’t upset my stomach. I kept them in the fridge and that helped with the taste. But honestly they don’t taste that bad.

Grosssss. Gross texture, gross flavor. The only way these taste like raspberry is maybe if a someone or something digested a raspberry and then you ate the outcome. Just take a pill. Blech.
