A: We recommend following the suggested use as stated on the label of your product, especially softgels that are enteric coated. However, if the product is not enteric coated, the softgels may be punctured and mixed with yogurt, applesauce, or a beverage that is not hot. Please note, it is possible that full potency may not be obtained by puncturing and removing the liquid content of the softgel, as some of the active component may remain in the gelatin capsule.
