I have only used these 3 times since purchasing them a month ago but the 3 times I used them they really worked for me. I fell asleep fast and either stayed asleep or fell quickly back to sleep.

remember this is a slow release instead of a fast release. If you sleep 6 hours or less you will feel it when you wake up. If fast dissolves don't let you sleep long enough take these an hour before sleep and you will see how good they are. When i was stressed and couldn't sleep i used fast dissolving melatonin to just sleep quick but you would wakeup n not sleep well the rest of the night. These give a nice sleep all night. Key to maximizing this is to remember its a slow release of melatonin. 10mg all night vs 10mg in an hour or 2

I really wanted ti love this
I don't have big issues with sleeping but some nights I like to take melatonin to have a more restful sleep. I've tried this for a week now & every day I had trouble falling asleep & woke up by minimum noise. But last night I specifically wanted to rest & wake up early for a meeting...I didn't sleep anything, like 10 min & then hours of trying to fall asleep. Now I read other reviews like this, maybe this doesn't work for some of us & does the opposite :(

Fell asleep and then back asleep
Hi have used this product one time and I’m excited about using it tonight. I fell asleep fine I woke up a couple of times and was able to go right back before I had more to do than just look at the clock. I have a child in the hospital who is going to be moving to an undisclosed location and that and work can make falling asleep and staying asleep really challenging. So glad to have, a friend that works

A huge disappointment
I just bought these and was eager to try them out. Instead of a wonderful night of sleep, I woke up multiple times and started my day groggy. A waste of money for me anyway.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 10mg melatonin really works well for me. It is by far the best melatonin I’ve ever tried without making me feel groggy by the morning. I wake up feeling so relaxed and so good ready to start my day. It does not affect me like other melatonin pills would, with other brands I would get headaches. This one is by far the best. I definitely recommend it. You really do sleep longer with these and more peacefully. If you have trouble sleeping, get these they work wonders and they make you fall asleep like in half an hour.

Left me groggy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this a few times just to see if I would get the same groggy feeling in the morning. The first time I tried this I slept great but I woke up feeling groggy and it took me a bit to gain my focus. I thought maybe it was because I don't sleep well and that my body was adjusting. So I tried it again with the same results. It may just be that my body doesn't take to it very well and it could work amazingly for others. I personally just can't use this product.
