Nature's Bounty Dual Spectrum Bi-Layer Melatonin Dietary Supplement Tablets - 60ct

I was struggling to find a brand of slow release melatonin that did not have vitamin B6 added to it. This brand not only does not have B6 added, it also is as effective as the brand that had the B6! I sleep through the night without worrying about B6 toxicity. I'm hoping to find a 3mg version that I could take on work days. the 5mg helps me get 8 hours of wonderful sleep, but leaves me groggy for a while afterwards. I'm just so happy to be getting sleep!

I have trouble winding down and falling asleep but melatonin really helps. I take it right before I go to bed and it helps me relax and drift off faster. Super effective.

I like the 1mg from this brand but this product seems to be completely ineffective on me. Going on two days with no effect, only feeling it after dipping into my 1mg.

I have a long history of difficulty falling asleep. This formulation has been the best for me to help me fall asleep and go back to sleep after waking up use the bathroom.

I love these melatonins, they help me get to sleep within 15 minutes of taking one! I like that they are small and easy to swallow. It’s a good bang for your buck.

I don’t have got experience with another melatonin trade marks so I can’t compare it. But this tablets works effectively: when I nervous and can’t asleep for a long time this melatonin helps me fall asleep and stay asleep till morning. I think it’s good value for money.

My go-to melatonin. Love that the has two layers, one that's absorbed and works immediately to help me fall asleep as well as an extended release layer to help me stay asleep later. Well tolerated without AM grogginess. Favorite sleep aid for sure.

This is the only melatonin that works for me. I struggle to fall asleep easily and so I take one of these about 30 minutes before bed and it is a life saver. I do not struggle to sleep at all once I have taken one. But I have tried other brands and have had 0 luck with them

I have suffered from lifelong insomnia. (My dad did, two of my kids have it, not the funnest genetic inheritance, but beats a third eye, I guess). I tried Advil PM, it worked, but I wasn’t comfortable taking Advil unnecessarily when the only issue was the sleeplessness. I started researching Melatonin & tried “regular” versions: it was an improvement for falling asleep, but I would wake up at 2 am, without fail, every night. Not that “oh, I’ll just roll over & go back to sleep” wake-up, either- the “welp. I guess I’m up for the day now” kind of wake-up. Not good. Found this on the Target app: saw someone else had the same experience with regular Melatonin, but had better results with this. THIS IS THE STUFF. I don’t fall asleep as quickly with this as with the regular Melatonin, I kinda gently get to sleep vs knock me out; but I STAY asleep. All. Night. I recently ran out & tried to go without getting more, as I had gotten down to taking it only once a week or so. Can’t do it. At least a couple nights a month I really need this to get and stay asleep. Totally, absolutely worth it. So glad I took a chance on it, & looking forward to my next Target delivery.

This brand works great for me so far. I sleep a bit better than with my previous brand. And i go to sleep a lot quicker.

Melatonin helps me fall asleep faster and stay asleep throughout the night. Start low and work your way up to a higher does if needed.

This product is good fast to sleep 15-20 minutes and stays at sleep 8-19 hours for it works great.

As someonr who always traveled a lot i was looking for something to fall a sleep easier. This helped. You can try with half of pill but 5mg is full potential for good sleeping. I know cause i used it and it works!

Okay everyone, listen up! If you actively use melatonin, then you know chemically it works but the most commonly reported issue is that it helps you FALL asleep but doesn’t help you STAY asleep. These tablets have a bi-layer format so that they are able to release immediately to help you fall asleep and ALSO have an extended release layer to help maintain a healthy night’s rest. I HIGHLY recommend this formatted tablet. I never buy regular melatonin anymore. This product has made me boujee and spoiled and I will never go back!

Great product, does the trick. I have been using this brand since I was a kid. I would recommend, but I do think any brand would be reliable.

This is my preferred type of melatonin to take! I find it helps me fall asleep quicker and stay asleep. The price is also very reasonable for this brand. Highly recommend this product for those who need a little help sleeping.
