Nature's Path Baker's Blend Flour Organic - Case of 4/32 oz

I recently tried Baker's Blend Flour, 32 oz bag, and I'm impressed. The texture is fine and consistent, making it perfect for a variety of baking projects. I used it to make some cookies, and they turned out soft and chewy with a nice rise. The flour mixes well with other ingredients, and I noticed that it doesn't clump up as much as other brands I've tried. The 32 oz bag is a good size for regular home baking, and the quality is definitely worth the price. Overall, it's a reliable and versatile flour that I plan to keep stocked in my pantry.

Honestly the majority of those flours and blends give an off taste and texture to the things I bake, causing the family to not enjoy it as much. . but holy cow this flour ROCKS! I've made pancakes, bread, bagels and cookies with it and it is just fantastic! Definitely earned a customer for life!!

It did require a little bit more water when I was making the dough but that could have also been due to the weather. I really liked this flour blend and I will probably look for it again in the future.

This flour worked very well in making these items and gave it a great rustic look and taste which I really enjoyed. Getting the extra sprouted grains as part of this was an added bonus and gave a more complex flavor to my baking. My only qualm and reason for the 4 stars is it is marketed as an all purpose flour replacement. I use all purpose for lots of things outside of baking like coating items to pan fry. With this flour being a bit coarser it does not completely replace my uses for all purpose. Other than that, it is a great flour for most baked goods and better for you; enjoy!

But this blend of flour is quite nice and I couldn't taste the rye. I used it in a chocolate mug cake and it turned out great.
