[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have T1D and tend to eat low carb so getting this was an experiment to see if this low carb/keto flour could be used as a true 1:1 replacement without the super high spikes caused by regular flour. The first ingredient is wheat gluten which already made me nervous. Taste-wise I truly couldn't tell a difference between regular APF and this. Usually though I DIY my low carb flours but there is a discernible taste difference. HOWEVER, this does give me a higher sugar spike compared to DIY low carb flour. Perhaps it is the wheat, but if you're diabetic/want to keep a close eye on your sugars, you might want to stay away. If you are doing keto for weight loss though, you are probably fine. I would not recommend it to brittle diabetics like myself.

The bread is soft and little sweet and not so heavy like using normal flour this keto flour has been an all around game changer in my life and my kitchen!!!!

The flavor and texture in my baked goods using almond flour leaves much to be desired.
