Nature Valley Crunchy Oats 'N Honey Granola Bars - 12ct/17.88oz

Nature valley bars have been my favorite snack for over 10 years. However, this past year the bars have ALWAYS tasted stale. I miss the old bars. At this point I am tired of wasting my money on these and will mourn the way they used to be.

As so many have indicated, something has changed and the packages are harder to open. However, more concerning is the ingredients. I never would have thought that you would use bioengineered ingredients in something so healthful. I am disappointed.

They changed the recipe and new version taste like crap. I used to eat 3 of these every day, and I no longer buy these because the changed the recipe. I don’t think they even put honey in anymore.

I agree with lots of folks that the recipe seems to have changed - they fall apart when you bite them or break off a piece. The packages are harder to open but I had a few "bad" boxes where they seemed stale. It would be nice to have a package that keeps them fresh without needing to use scissors to open them - kind of impacts the portability! I wish they would go back to the recipe they had before

These were always my favorite granola bars. Wish has happened to them? I thought I had gotten a bad box a while back. I just bought some again, and they’re the same! Less crunchy, the oats are more chewy, they don’t break as easily, and they’re nearly impossible to open.

They have changed their recipe because they taste different and the crunchiness is much less crunchy. Something is definitely different and I wish they would go back but they won't because I am sure it has to do with money - MAKING MORE PROFITS is always more important than the customer wants!

These taste good and very filling! Great price point too! The crunch gives a bit of texture!! Always great packaged and located in many stores locally!

There is nothing “Crunchy” about these bars. They’re like eating sawdust.

Great crunch but these are truly the messiest granola bars ever. The taste is good but nothing to write home about. I wish they weren’t so “fall apart” with every bite.

This was extremely hard or purchase was stale. If I lived closer I would have returned Instead I had to throw away

I’ve always loved the sweet oat flavor and satisfying crunch of Nature Valley bars but they do tend to crumble easily this Cinnamon flavor is delicious with a warm spice that pairs perfectly with coffee or tea I sometimes enjoy it straight from the pack but when it breaks apart I sprinkle the pieces over yogurt for a quick snack the packaging is simple and keeps the bars fresh and the value for the taste is worth it

Inconsistent in quality as I buy these from time to time and sometimes they are very light and crispy and then I get some that are so hard I can’t bite them. So I just have to throw them out. Very disappointing as they used to always be a great snack.

One of my favorite sweet and superbly crunchy snacks, that I bring with me when I am out and about or chilling at home. Their packaging keeps them perfectly crunchy and fresh. The price is a great value for such a tasty, healthy, craving-controlling snack. I, absolutely love this brand and their products. They meet the mark for me in quality, taste, health, convenience, and price. Five stars from me all day!!!

I enjoy these snack bars while on the move, i look out for this snack bar even when i am travelling overseas. They are not sweet but give me energy when I need a pick me up.

Extremely crunchy, hut soft. Quite sweet for me, however, good taste overall. Nice snack to go with a cup of coffee or tea, or when you are in nature a lot.

Taste good with decent shelf life. Not bad when dipped in milk as well.

Love these granola bars! It is the perfect treat for on the go, especially if I am on the road for a while. I just pack a box in my car and I'm ready to go! Also great for plane snacks.
