The granola clusters are sweetened with honey. The flavor is a good even mix of honey, oat and almond. One bowl helped me feel full for hours. Excellent source of fiber. No artificial flavors, colors or sweeteners. A serving of one cup is only 220 calories. There are about 9 servings per box. Overall I love it! Will be getting more! Thank you

Packaging was fine, the box is pretty heavy. I ate two portions and it made me bloated. I can’t recommend this product unless you like bland food and ok with wheat cereal.

I really enjoyed the granola more than anything, nice to eat a cereal with substance and doesn't instantly get soggy. Better deal for your money as well, sugary cereal is way more expensive than this healthy yummy cereal. I am very satisfied by price and taste, it's delicious!

I eat Nature Valley bars, all the time and love them so I couldn’t wait to try this a cereal that’s better for me and I was not disappointed. Not only does it have a great taste, but it’s packed full of nutrition and health benefits. It has a delicious texture. That’s crunchy, sweet and tasty. It went great with almond milk and cows milk, but I preferred it with the almond milk it’s also a healthier option. It’s priced very affordably. Shipping was fast and easy. I can’t wait to try other flavors of Nature Valley cereal.

On its own, it’s too sweet for me to consider it a real breakfast — unless you’re looking for a quick burst of energy that might end in a crash later. In small amounts, though, it’s great when you want something sweet and satisfying. Just don’t treat it like a balanced meal.
