A: Thank you for your question! Our NEO Series bidets do not have hinges that can be lifted up, however our NEO Plus Series bidets do have this feature. We have the NEO 120 Plus, NEO 185 Plus, and NEO 320 Plus available with the lift up hinges.

We have the 120 in both of our homes and they are fantastic. I feel very secure with the design and construction and feel very safe using them. I had a competitor's model and twice I had a problem with the water lines blowing off and leaking into the house They are so good that I wish I could convert 12 be used in our travel trailer. ( I'm still trying to find a work around)
