A: Thank you for your question! Our NEO Series bidets do not have hinges that can be lifted up, however our NEO Plus Series bidets do have this feature. We have the NEO 120 Plus, NEO 185 Plus, and NEO 320 Plus available with the lift up hinges.

We think they are great, we have three, one on every commode. I've had to replace two. The major flaw I've found is that after about six - eight months, every one of them has cracked where they are attached to the commode left side and at some point, fall apart. If you can solve that problem, it would be great.
