makes brown water … this machine isn’t working not sure if it was a bag egg or what but the coffee isn’t pulling properly after 2 days. spoke with nespresso over video support and they agreed and said to return the machine

This machine is terrible. It broke after 4 months of using it. It is extremely loud and vibrates when trying to brew. The coffee is lukewarm warm. Do not buy it!!! If I could give it zero stars I would.

Do not recommend. Purchased August 2023, malfunctioned by July 2024, spent over an hour with video customer service to demonstrate descaling and resetting the machine did not fix it; finally sent a replacement and guess what? This machine stopped working 11 months later despite descaling every three months. Customer service is terrible. Spent another hour on a video call. I will not purchase again.

I've always loved Nespresso coffee, so I bought this one. Haven't even used a full sleeve of coffee and it's already broken itself. Brewed coffee all down into itself and all over my counter. Great.

I got it new, was ok at first, then started to break down after 3 months. They sent me a box to repair it, couldn't repair it, so they sent a new one and this one also has problems. There's also one at my office and it has terrible problems. These machines are cheaply made and are terrible quality, at best. The coffee is delicious but the machines just don't work.

I bought the Vertuo Pop machine a month ago. Since my counter space is limited, I selected this machine. The machine is ok. However, if you have the counter space, I would buy the Vertuo Deluxe machine. My brother has it and the machine prepares a better coffee. The cost difference between the 2 is minomal

My children got me this for Christmas this year and I am loving it... My daughters took me on a trip to Europe, and I loved the coffee there... It was so rich and exceptional. We bought this Vertuo Pop Plus for use in our RV, we love our coffee. We have used Nespresso machines in our home for awhile now, we have had 3 machines and all have made great coffee. This one was not up to the standards that we expected from Nespresso, It is loud, it leaked coffee from somewhere, and was just a disappointment. We did return it within the 30 days and are still looking to replace it in our Trailer with another Nespresso Machine
