Nespresso Vertuo Pop+ Combination Espresso and Coffee Maker

It looks like the newer machines are being made with cheaper materials and yet charging more than it is worth. The machine is small, plastic looking and is impractical to use unless you’re using an espresso cup or mug. A small tumbler or a glass cup does not fit under the lever making it incredibly difficult to prep our morning coffee to go. Will be returning this item. Miss the well made machines they made years ago.

This machine was a replacement for one that already failed. Will not connect to the internet so cannot use blue tooth features

This is my 5th Nespresso and I got it for the small size however not much smaller than my other and because I cannot adjust water tank takes up just as much room. It is very noisy compared to my others. We are in a condo and sounds loud early morning.

This is so easy to use and the espresso tastes great! Really like that I can see the water reservoir.

The machine does not work properly. My crema is not smooth like other nespresso machines, and the machine does not heat up properly. I also was shocked to see coffee grounds in my cup. While the machine looks sleek, it feels VERY cheap. Like a plastic toy. I’d recommend a different product.

I bought this a few weeks ago because I am moving into a smaller apartment and didn’t want to sacrifice counter space. I loved the fun colors and the size was perfect; however, it feels cheaply made and my coffee didn’t have the foam on the top like my very plus. I ended up returning and keeping my other machine. I just felt for the price it shouldn’t feel so cheap. The coffee still tasted good tho.

Very disappointed in this machine. So far I’ve had to waste two espresso pods for every one cup of espresso because the machine simply refuses to run. I’m not sure if I’m gonna keep this or not because this certainly isn’t what I expected.

Not happy with the machine, it is too cumbersome to use. The App is terrible and I have had to reset it multiple times.

Easy to use better than stopping at Starbucks!

Many times the machine did not make a proper amount of coffee. Using a 250 ml pod and the coffee pour was only about 80 ml. This has happened 5 times and I boight my coffee machine less than a month ago. Could it be a problem with the pods?

Am so happy withe the product so far. The colour of the machine is nice too.

I owned the pink one but since my favorite color is lavender, I quickly went out and bought it after I found out that Nespresso came out with a new lavender colored one

I love this machine! It is so easy to use. The water reservoir is easy to get to and refill with no fuss. It's also easy to clean because of how it's designed. The used pod holder is also well designed in that the used pods are held in a space that has allows any liquids to evaporate so there aren't any smells that come from the machine. I love that I don't have to touch the pods after they are used and that they are completely recyclable. The sample box of available coffees was fantastic! Reordering is also easy and our order was quick to arrive at our door! Of course the biggest draw is the coffee is perfect every time!
