As everyone else has said, these don’t melt properly. Buy the Target generic - they melt much smoother and taste better than these.

I needed milk chocolate chips for a recipe so I bought a 23oz bag of these because they were the only brand I could find and I previously used and liked Nestle's 53% cacao dark chocolate morsels. Unfortunately, I didn't taste these until I opened the bag to use them in my recipe, I was unpleasantly surprised to find that they don't taste like good milk chocolate at all. They have an off flavor that isn't good. I will not buy these again.

I melted the morsels easily in a double boiler. However, I could not get tehmt o harden. I need to keep them in refridgerator. Can I add soemthing to make them harden at room temperature?

If you plan on making choco bananos do NOT buy these chocolates. They don't melt nor freeze. They suck.

I have always used nestle milk chocolate chips for making peanut butter cups. Bought two 23oz bags, using one per batch. First round chocolate won’t melt just turned out stiff and grainy. Almost like edible clay. I added 4 tbsp of real butter as per my recipe. Melting over hot water. Looking for a fix hopefully I can find one. Have you changed something in your recipe? Not the same trusted product I’ve known my whole life.

First problem I can ever recall with Nestle morsels. Tried to melt on stovetop for fudge pop recipe but morsels just made a dry, grainy glob. Finally blended into milk with some effort. Tasted OK but will definitely not use for my chocolate covered frozen bananas, as it would be impossible to melt smooth enough to dip. Disappointed... Nestle was my favorite chocolate.

I followed the chocolate chip oatmeal cookie recipe on the back of milk chocolate chips. They were flat and did not turn out well at all. They were delicious though. I looked online at verybestbaking and the recipe wasn't even close. The bag I had called for 1 1/4 C flour and 1 egg but the online recipe was 1 3/4 C flour with 2 eggs. HUGE difference in the outcome.

Using mini morsels was a poor choice in making fudge unfortunately. I had made some with your regular semisweet chocolate chips and they were perfect. My second batch I tried using mini morsels and they would not melt! I am very sad as the first batch is for gifting and this second batch was for me. Being 38 weeks pregnant I am a bit emotional that my fudge is ruined.
