A: It always depends on how big/small you serve your ice cream cups. The maximum fill line for the each Swirl pint that comes with the unit is 16 oz. So in total, you can prepare up to 32 oz (4 cups) of soft serve at a time using both pints.

A: Swirl press, and paddle are top-rack dishwasher safe. Ensure the paddle, swirl pint, outer bowl, and lids are all separated before placing them in the dishwasher. To clean the swirl press first remove the dispense lid as ingredients may be stuck under the swirl press. Then run warm water through the Swirl Press release lever and out the drain holes on either side.

A: This unit will not freeze the mixes. However, it is designed to process bases that are frozen between 9°F and -7°F.

My husband bought this for me in mid-May and we loved trupying the different items (icecream, sorbet, fruit whips, etc). We were using it everyday. Mid-July I received an error message, I did what it said and it did still not work, so it said to call Ninja. The first time I was on hold for 15 minutes and hung up before I got a person. The second time I got a person in 10 minutes. They said I had to ship it back and they would ship a replacement. I shipped it back, they received it on 7/29 and I still as of 8/9 have not received my replacement. I contacted them, they confirmed they received my unit and are waiting for the replacement to be released. Don't waste your money. What you can make is delicious, but it is huge, extremely loud, and just does not hold up.

I have heard that the Ninja Creami was loud, but I am used to louder machines (blenders and such) and figured it would just be a few minutes. So I splurged and bought myself one! I made a nice cream and a protein ice cream in it. Boy...was this thing LOUD. Too loud to be able to enjoy with kids and make summer treats as I was hoping, or to have a fun ice cream night with my girlfriends. The output of the ice cream was great and it tasted yummy. The soft serve function was pretty cool and created a nice swirl. I really wanted to love the Ninja Creami swirl...but at the end of the day I had to return it because I just couldn't see myself being able to stand that noise, especially with the footprint that the machine takes up (it is big so you need to have enough space to be prepared to keep it somewhere)

Husband and I bought this but was disappointed to find out you have to freeze the pints first before it will work. We were wanting instant ice cream and were excited to try this but ended up taking it back.

I purchased this machine to help me hit my protein goals. It was super easy to set up straight from the box. The instruction manual was easy to read and user friendly. I use my Ninja Swirl every day, and no other product compares to this!

Bought recently and the box has a big hole in it, going through the box unit itself. Not sure if we should try using it. In this price range, Im expecting an exceptional quality from the packaging. We waited for a week and all excited to just have this kind of experience.

It's a bit complicated to use, it only makes like a singleserving at a time, & it's SUPER loud; like jet plane loud. There really is no benefit over your average - regular priced ice cream maker. All in all - it's not worth the hassle.

I recently bought this and I absolutely love it! I would rate 4.5 if it'd let me. It comes with a lot of recipes for lots of different types of ice cream, frozen yogurt, fruit whip, etc. If you're not up to the task of making up your own ice cream, it can also turn any tub ice cream into soft serve if that's what you're going for. The only thing I think that would make it better was if you could freeze the soft serve on the machine as well. It's super easy to use and easy to clean. Very safe to use as well. With young kids though, best if a parent helps with the areas that use the blade.

Called the store to verify product was in stock and asked them to get hands on the item to double check. Ordered placed 1 min after confirming. Shipt shopper canceled order saying they couldn't find item on it out reaching out to me. I called the store again and they confirmed it was on the shelf. 1st experience with Shipt and ordering off target online and it will be my last.
