This blender is a molds breeding ground safe haven. I had for maybe 1 1/2-2 years used maybe 30 -50times if that during the 2 years and there’s mold in the top blade thing that you cannot clean and on the handle all the moisture goes in there which guess what you can’t open . Yay.

I’m not thought about this enough because it is very noisy for its speed and strong power. I can’t make smoothies while someone is resting. For me it’s not what I wanted. Good quality but too much potency, then, unbearable noise.

Broke 15 months after purchasing and warranty expired 3 months ago. Nothing has happened to it. It’s coming on just suddenly not blending anymore. We’ve used it every single day because our toddler has feeding issues and needs his food blended.

Love this product! One design flaw is that there are holes in the handle, seems logical to be there at the top and bottom so water flows in and all the way out. But why even allow water in there in the first place? I’ve had this for over 2 years now and I LOVE IT! It’s not so big on my counter and works better than more expensive models (mom and sister had other models). It’s this one thing. Over the years the water has left residue and well my pitcher is now older and scratched up so I thought I’d go online and replace it, problem solved…. Nope the pitcher is never in stock, can not find anywhere. Will keep trying because I do really like/recommend this product. If a pitcher with no holes come out, I’m all over it.

I have had this blender for at least 1 year now. The performance of the blending is great there are things that make me want to buy another one already. There are little nooks and crannies that make pieces of this blender hard to clean. Especially on the part with the blade where the cups screw in to. It’s starting to smell because I can’t get in there good enough to remove the gasket to clean in there. I mostly make smoothies and no matter how tight I put the blade on the cup food still gets stuck in that cranny. The blade lid is hard to screw off. It is also very loud and little pieces of something grinds off into where the blade mechanism sits on the motor base. It has even leaked a little somehow in the same spot. I would not buy this again or recommend it.

The Ninja blender was amazing—blended everything with ease and was super powerful. After 3 years of heavy use, the blades dulled and the motor gave out, but it definitely served me well

I bought this to make smoothies with crushed ice, and I am delighted with the Ninja. It completely pulverizes ice cubes in less than 5 seconds. Some reviews described it as very noisy, but it's much quieter than my previous blender.

I ordered this item off a bridal registry so I could wrap it and bring it to the shower. It was not overboxed, just left on my doorstep in the retail packaging. Also, it looked like the delivery person dropped it out of his truck and kicked it the rest of the way to my doorstep. The corners were dented in and it looked like I picked up the very last one from the bottom of the bin. I guess that's what I get for ordering online rather than in person... but when you are buying from a REGISTRY, you would think they would make sure it looked nice and overbox it so the house can't see what it is. But i own this product, and it rocks...

I decided to give this little guy a try before spending money on the larger more expensive alternative, and I was amazed! I also used to blend chia seed pudding with cashew butter, or to whip up two or three smoothie portions all at once. Highly recommend!

I love this blender, it's easy to clean and great for smoothies. I like that you can take the whole thing apart to clean and that it has suctions on the bottom to hold it while it blends. It has a pour spout on the top so you can add more liquid without having to take it apart. The noise is about average for a blender.

There is nothing wrong with the unit itself - it works great. The documentation for Australian and New Zealand customers is poorly done and shows a real lack of effort. The recipe book tells you to use Auto IQ settings that don't exist on the unit. It must have been made for the American market and simply thrown in the Aus/NZ box. What's the Mix, Powermix or Slush setting? There isn't a button for them. What's the Aus equivalent? We don't know because we arent told. The Aus/NZ version of the manual uses Mix and Pwermix too, showing careless editing. The documentation dtracts from an otherwise good product.

This little blender is big noisy. It measures about 85db at 6 ft. I suppose that's about average but I was hoping smaller would be quieter. The programs are mostly useless, just pulsing at different intervals. A speed control would be more useful to me.
