Why would you change your formula? I see you responded to a customer claiming needing to be sustainable? What? Sustainable means a trash product? No one is going to buy this new formula. It’s so inferior, cheap, oily, and gross. Vegetable oil? Seriously? Change it back because trust it won’t do well. You couldn’t make a sustainable product while keeping the formula quality high?

Have used this product for many years. Just purchased a new pot, shape changed, new vegan formula! Disaster, skin now feels tight and uncomfortable after application. Completely ruined the product, sadly time to move on with a different face cream ☹️

I have been using this cream for over 30 years. The moment the new formulated cream came in contact with my skin I knew that this is a different cream. I My skin itched and burned, and I am very disappointed with my purchase. Why bother with a winning formula? The loyal customers will know the difference immediately and the brand will suffer from the stop of sales and the loss of loyalty customers. Change it back, please!

The new formula is horrible!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this product not long ago, probably a month or so and it is just Fab! I have oily skin but it still fits me perfectly as it makes my face almost look like glass skin. 10/10

Thought I’d discovered a great moisturiser at an affordable price from a friend after I tried it. Then I bought some and it’s now a new vegan formula. It’s now not soft and is more like putting on sun cream. Basically it’s just a new product. I’ll just go back to the drawing board

I have been using the big white pot of Nivea for years. It was a wonderful formula which kept my skin looking healthy and moisturised. Under my foundation it made my skin look radiant and people would ask what I used on my face. I've recently purchased a new pot but it is definitely not the same. It takes ages to rub in, then it feels extremely dry when it has absorbed - uncomfortable and unpleasant. My foundation looks craggy and matt. I'm not using it anymore because it doesn't have to same effect that it always gave my face. I'm sorry to say that if you've changed the formula maybe you should change it back because your sales will dive. I know a lot of people who use this cream who won't be buying it anymore. I shall be using something else too.

Originally I thought I got a bad jar of Nivea Soft and came on here to see about sending it back-then I saw the reviews about a new formula and checked my jar. Yup it was the new formula that I had used. I didnt even notice the change on the package and buy a few at a time when it is on sale, so I was late to the news. I Completely agree with all the comments everyone has put: burns my skin, does not absorb, smells, leaves skin tight and not moisturized and the cream just feels ..not right. I am so dissapointed and have also been using this for as long as I can remember. I also remember Nanny having a metal tin of the original formula in the bathroom. But now after 20 years I will be trying to find another brand similiar to your old formula and not buying anymore Nivea products. From the little searches I have done I see there more than a few people looking and offering alternatives and advice of similar brands. Also I find it interesting that everyone who commented on how much they loved the new formula was a "Review Panel Member"...interesting.. Beyond disappointed!!! I’ve been using this face lotion for almost 2 years and am disappointed in the new formula. It has a stronger, different scent than the original formula and it’s wayyyyy thinner. I have really sensitive skin and this moisturizer has been my holy grail for so long.

I have used Nivea for years and now I’m needing to find a new body cream. I have one “old” tub left and I’m using it sparingly so it lasts as long as possible! Please please bring back the old formula.

This new formula burns my skin, feels sticky and doesn’t rub in.

After using this cream for 15 years I am switching brands. I have been a loyal user the entire time, recommending it to my family and friends. The new formula is absolutely terrible. My skin hates it and makes me break out terribly. It burns my skin when applying and does not sink into the skin. This was the only product that has worked for my skin for many years. Extremely disappointed by this change and will not be purchasing any other Nivea products.

Immediately after application, my skin feels tight and lacking moisture. The smell leaves something to be desired and all in all, it would be worthwhile to go back to the original formula if you’d like to keep your customers. I’m now searching fervently for a replacement from an alternate brand before I run out of my original formula tubs

I knew right away when I used the new formula (I didn't know it had changed yet), because of the way my skin felt a little while after applying. I felt my skin and wondered if I had actually put my morning cream on (thought I forgot because of how dry my skin felt). I'm very disappointed as I've used this cream for at least 25 years. I used the original formula and was so happy with the softer version Nivea came out with about 20ish or so years ago. I understand it's vegan and probably better for us in some way, but can you keep the old formula as well so we can choose if we want to use the vegan version?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before the ingredient change, I used this moisturiser for years with no issues at all, it helped the dryness of my skin so much and softened my skin, impacting my skin incredibly. But now that there was an ingredient change, it has done nothing but dry up my skin making it feel like my skin was pulled back and also had burned my skin, every time I apply the moisturiser now, my skin burns and became extremely dry.

I don't like the new formula at all, it makes me feel like I have a plastic face mask on. I've used Nivea for 25 years, I'm changing to a new brand next time.

If I ever buy Nivea it’s usually the blue tin but for summer I wanted something more lightweight so I bought this one. It’s terrible. I put this on after a shower and I wake up ashy, visibly ashy! Not to mention the scent is strong and powdery.

I am really disappointed with the new vegan formula as it is leaving a sticky residue on my skin. Having used and loved the previous version, I now have to find something else to use, very sad.
