The steam part didn’t work on mine at all. Way too much money on a faulty product

I am an avid steamer and have used my fair share of steamers. I’ve never really found a reliable one until now. This one is my new favorite - I love how easy it is to use and how quickly it dewrinkles my clothes. The packaging is also beautiful! Now I just wish they made an even smaller one for travel!
Super great product, easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is great! It is so easy to use and I love how quickly I can get things ironed with it. It works on so many different fabrics and is very durable. I would recommend this to a friend. It’s so easy to clean and maintain too!
Poor Durability – Broke After First Trip

I travel frequently and used this iron for the very first time on a trip to Copenhagen, Denmark just last week with high hopes. While it did work with a converter, the lights in my hotel room flickered wildly whenever the iron was on and stopped immediately once I turned it off.Unfortunately, things got worse when I returned home to New York — the iron broke during transit despite being carefully and securely packed in my hardshell suitcase (see photo). This was my first time both using and traveling with the product, and it did not hold up well at all. It may still function, but in its current condition it feels unsafe to use.I’m very disappointed with the durability and overall performance, especially since it is marketed as a travel-friendly iron/steamer. I’m also concerned because I purchased a second unit as a gift for a family member who also travels extensively, and I worry they may have encountered the same issues and have just not mentioned it out of politenesss.I would like to request a refund, or if that’s not possible, a replacement so Nori has the chance to stand behind the quality of their flagship product. I’m happy to provide additional details for Nori Customer Service if needed.

Solid build and functionality. It does what it advertises and it does it well. The water capacity makes for enough steam to wrinkle out an item of clothing without refil—plus it gets to temperature fast. Variable temperatures make this a good buy for all kinds of clothing. Plus it stores nice with its easy to coil cord.

The Nori Press is the only iron we need! I LOVE how easy it is to store and to travel with. A huge bonus is not needing an ironing board to do the job either! Super impressed with how well it works even with its compact size! Would highly recommend this product!

We are heading out for lots of travel and decided to give the Nori Press a try. It's going in our suitcase right now! First of all, even the packaging is great! We are old school iron people but this is a game changer. So easy to use. We immediately tried it on a few garments and it works beautifully. So easy and compact to use. This is just what we needed for traveling as we hate wrinkled cloths, even on vacation!

I absolutely love how sleek and transportable this product is—it’s so much easier to pack and carry than the bulky and weirdly shaped travel steamers I’ve used before. It heats up quickly, smooths out wrinkles in minutes, and the design feels intuitive and well thought-out. It’s made traveling with wrinkle-free clothes way less of a hassle. 10/10 recommend!

During covid I got lazy about clothes that needed to be ironed and resorted to only using a cheap steamer, shying away from clothes that needed a crisper look. Then I found Nori! I LOVE being able to get that ironed look without needing an ironing board, what a game changer Nori has been. On top of it all- it's great for travel!

The Nori Press has changed my life! I am a 'casual presser' at best - love a crisp popped collar and shirt tails and this gets me out the door in minutes without having to lug out my ironing board (do I even have an ironing board anymore?!) I keep it in my closet for quick touch ups and it always goes with me in my suitcase. LOVE this product and everything in the line!

So glad my friend keyed me into this! I’ve just been walking around all wrinkly or avoiding buying clothes that need ironing because of my extreme aversion to owning an ironing board. Plus, handheld steamers either burned me or just left my clothes wet. This is great—& so so cute that NORI is IRON spelled backwards 🩵
Great idea but not practical.

Great idea but not practical. Steam reservoir is far too small to steam even one shirt.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought a steamer/iron like a straightener would be great in theory and of course the adorable colors sold me along with the mentioning of being good for silk/linen/satin however, it should be known this isn’t for everyone. The water basin takes in probably an ounce of water, only good for one article at a time. It also leaks. The buttons are placed exactly where you hold so it’s so easy to click different fabrics/which change the temperature. This resulted in one of my skirts being ruined because it doesn’t make any noise to alert you buttons are being pressed. Along with that, if you have a strong grip, it’s easy to turn off while using as well. My biggest issue is this cannot do items that are double lined or don’t have a backside that lays seamlessly flat with it (you cannot do front and back separately, it will catch on the fabric and cause wrinkles). So basically XS clothes single lined clothes only and pants so you can come at it from the side. Nothing wider than the length of iron because it will wrinkle up and not reach. Also, take a look at dimensions. It’s not compact for travel, it’s the size of the shark air styler. And double the size of flatirons.
Ironing made simple!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first, I wasn’t sure if I really needed the Nori Press, but now I can’t imagine my routine without it. It heats up quickly and takes the wrinkles out of clothes in minutes, without dragging out a bulky ironing board. I use it right on hangers or flat on the bed, and it’s so lightweight and easy to handle. Honestly, it makes ironing feel less like a chore and more like a quick touch-up. Perfect for busy mornings, travel, or anyone who wants crisp clothes without the hassle. Definitely worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate ironing and may never ever use one again after this. This steamer is game changing. It's quick, and easy to figure out for someone who doesn't read directions sometimes. Me and my bf use it all the time and now our iron is all neglected.
LOVE.

I’ve been using the Nori Press for weeks now and really love it! It’s easy to use, compact, and perfect for travel. I especially appreciate that you don't need an ironing board — a big plus if you’re short on space. If you’re looking for a simple, user-friendly way to keep clothes wrinkle-free, this is IT!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This steamer iron has so much potential. I wish that it came with a sample of their steamer solution, as it was recommended as I was reading through the instruction manual. Alone, the plates got hot, but, to me, they just didn’t feel hot enough. I used it to press a linen shower curtain that I have, and it barely knocked out any of the wrinkles. It might work well on softer materials, but it wasn’t that great to me, as I would be using it on heavier materials that hang. For reference, the iron has 6 material settings, and has a button for steam. It is made almost like a hair flat iron, and is easy to use.
