Q: The fn key seems to be on locked. Where I’m trying to turn down the volume and have to hold fn to do so. I’ve googled and tried holding esc + fn and it’s not working. What do I do
A: Hi Kylee, thanks for reaching out about North Compact Round Key Wireless Keyboard. The "North Compact Round Key Wireless Keyboard" appears to be a generic brand often found at retailers like Target. This can sometimes mean less readily available specific support documentation. If you can find any model numbers on the keyboard or its packaging (e.g., AG15-31P-3947 for an Acer laptop, or PCCK-001 for this specific keyboard as found in a Target Q&A), that might help in a more targeted search. If you can't find a dedicated Fn Lock combination, it's possible the keyboard is simply designed to always require the Fn key for the F1-F12 functions, and the top row always defaults to multimedia. While less convenient, some compact keyboards are designed this way to prioritize media control. If you have any additional questions, we welcome you to contact MyTGTtech at 833-848-8324 every day, between 7am-11pm CST.
