    Wrinkles do NOT lie flat!

    I paid a pretty penny for this rug, and I have been ironing the wrinkles (through a towel) for two hours this morning and they still look the same. In the item description it states the rug will easily lie flat. That is NOT the case.

    Hi, Please see below for tips from out technical department. How to lay out your rug: Place the rolled-up rug on the floor and lay flat. For rugs that don’t include a non-slip back, we recommend adding a rug pad first. Vacuum the rug surface without a beater bar (spinning brush head) to remove shed fivers and flatten the rug further. Flatten curled corners either by reverse rolling or placing a heavy stack of books to weigh them down. To remove creases, place a damp cloth over the creased area and gently iron over it to help relax the wrinkles. We highly suggest getting a rug pad for your rug. This will help tremendously in avoiding curls, creases or warps as well as following the instructions above.

    Area rug

    Just purchased & received today. Easy to lay out. Has to flatten out a bit but not much. Using it to help older dog move around easier & not slip. Not slipping when I walk onto it. Like color.

    Nice rug

    I bought this rug and wasn't even sure it would fit well in my walk-in closet. Viola! Perfect fit, love it. It's very durable, especially for a high-traffic area, and my closet is one of those areas in the house. Glad I purchased black.

    disappointing

    I love the looks of this rug. It's very low pile which makes it easy to maintain, but also very soft. Unfortunately, there are still creases from how the rug was folded from shipping, as well as one corner that stays curled. I contacted the company and the best they could do was say to return it. It's a disappointment considering what I paid for it. Would not recommend.

    Met all expectations!

    The 8x10 fit perfect for my dining table and chairs, and the color was just as advertised. The material is good quality with non-slip underneath. Not too thick and not too thin. The item came well-packaged too.

    This is great for a lake cabin with sand coming in daily. It hides the dirt and easy to vacuum every evening. In the kitchen spots are easy remove with a quick wipe with Dawn soap on a cloth. I did the entire cabin, kitchen, living and bath areas after purchasing one for the entry. Never have to remind the kids to wipe their feet anymore.
