Interesting...
I've only used D Mucuna for a few days so I think I'll need a little more time but it seems promising as I've not had as many worrisome thoughts and am generally calmer. Regenerating natural dopamine production after decades of alcohol abuse will be very helpful keeping my recovery on track.😎😊

A little sunshine!
I have been taking Dopa Mucuna for 3weeks now. I am 47yrs old and perimenopausal. I have been taking 2 capsules daily every morning religiously. I was having trouble with mood swings, irritability, forgetfulness, and sadness. Since I’ve been taking Dopa Mucuna I feel uplifted and have a little more energy. The mood swings and irritability are still present but the sadness has been very minimal to none. I feel like there’s a little sunshine in my life again.

Reduce pharmaceuticals by 5 times.
I use 3 capsules with 1 pill with doctor prescription 3 times daily. This reduces my having to take 3 pills 5 times a day that my doctor prescribes.

Keep it coming!
I bought some of this about 3 weeks ago. I have RA and have some depression issues. I seems to make me more calm and less stressed however, I realize everyone is different and need to discover what works for them. It is definitely worth trying.

One of the best supplements Ever!
I decided to try the Now brand of Mucuna as the Swansons did nothing for me. I have taken 2-3 capsules in the morning on an empty stomach and the results are simply outstanding. I noticed increased libido big time, better mood, better sleep and a leaner more toned looked all within a few days, I think that the 15% L-Dopa in this product is the reason. One of the best supplements I have ever taken period.

Didn't Notice Much
Didn't notice much effect of this product other than giving me a slight boost of energy 15 minutes after taking it, however, to be fair, I've only been taking it for a month without taking it on the weekends- as with most my supplements I usually take a short break. I'm hoping L-Glutamine will have a better effect when I order it soon from Swanson. Heard so much good things about that :)
