Beautiful rug, but it has a strong musty smell.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Just a few words to say that this rug is of very good quality and I don't regret my purchase, at least not yet. The delivery time was respected and the packaging was very well done and airtight. However, as soon as I opened the package, a strong musty smell was noticeable. I don't know if this rug was stored in poor conditions before its original packaging. For now, I've used powdered deodorizer to neutralize the smell, and as soon as I have time, I'll wash it in my carpet cleaner, hoping that everything will go back to "normal." A new rug should smell like new, not musty!

I’d Buy This All Over Again
I owned this rug for years. I loved it so much. Perfect thickness, very soft. Unfortunately I lost it in a fire last year. But I just wanted to say I’d buy this rug again, if only the 12’ was in stock!

Gorgeous Rug

It does case little wool fibers to shed, which requires more vacuuming, however, I'd prefer little wool fibers rather than microplastics. Overall, we are pleased.

Not a huge deal, but something to be mindful of especially if using a standard sized rug pad (can always be cut down) or if you’re being very intentional about room measurements/furniture placement.

Loved the rich thickness, the sale price, the delivery, ease of ordering, everything. I took off one star because the color of the rug doesn't quite match the photo. The main color in the rug is depicted as beige/tan. In reality, it's more of a light grey (and I try to avoid grey). But it still goes perfectly with the office and my hardwoods, so: Still awesome.

Cut short and sheds

Color, pattern and size (Other than the shorter rug) are as expected. Also since I got these after the large living room rug am unsurprised to find this sheds as well.
