[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first, I was really excited because we’re redoing our room and wanted something to brighten it up. That was my whole goal. Unfortunately, this rug is nothing like the photos. Online the pictures are bright it looked cream and tan brown with a light, airy vibe but in person it’s a dingy dirty tan, and the diamond shapes aren’t even one color brown. Half is multi color pink-brown, half yellow-brown, which makes the pattern look mismatched and dark.The pictures online appear brightened or edited, which gave me false expectations. Instead of making my space feel fresh, this rug drags it down. To make matters worse, returns are possible, hut the cost to ship it back is so high it’s hardly worth it. I feel stuck with a rug that doesn’t fit my vision.If the photos were more accurate, I would’ve made a different choice. Buyers should know this rug is multicolored tan/brown with hints of pink and yellow 🤮 not the light, warm creamy look the pictures suggest.

This is a beautiful rug but the rust color was bleeding all over our socks and clothes if we sat in. So returned it

The rust color comes off on your socks or anything that touches it.

Gorgeous!! I love it so much I wanna buy a second one in case anything happens to the first one. I get so many compliments on it. And I love how long it is because it goes down the entire hallway, which is quite stunning as well. Obviously it being shag means it’s a bit harder to vacuum, but it still does vacuum up.

It’s nice and fluffy at first but once you get past the shag top, it’s just a thin line of plastic squares. That material has been pulled through not my favorite, but we’ll do until we get another rug.

LOVE THIS RUG!!! Got the 12x15 and it looks exactly like the photos. It is huge and absolutely gorgeous, exactly what I wanted!!!

Great quality, colors a little dull

Nice looking rug until rust color began bleeding into beige then it became ugly. Sent for a replacement and it just arrived and after struggling to open a 9x12 all the way open discovered the rust was bleeding into the end of the rug.

The photo shows the rug with tassels which is part of the reason why I purchased this item to begin with. My rug arrived today with no tassels. Super bummed.

The brown parts of the rug stained our clothes and rain into the white parts. It’s also not a thick shag. It just seems low quality.
