  • A: I only eat homemade food and NEVER eat out. I have both, actually I have the magic bullet, the nutribullet, dessert bullet and the vitamix and blendtec and stick blender. They all have their uses. I love my magic bullet for small blendings like dressings, parsley etc, The nutribullet great for individual smoothies (magic bullet not good for smoothies) and vitamix and bledtec for heavy duty blending like hot soups.

    Terrible product and customer service from Nutra bullet

    Stopped working after eight months. Called Nutribullet to get a replacement since it was within the one year warranty. Nutribullet will not honor it because the flimsy sticker they put on the bottom which includes a serial number fell off. Despite having proof of purchase and providing the model number and everything else, they will only provide a replacement base, but I would have to pay for shipping. Terrible customer service! Terrible product!

    Would be great...if it didn't seize up on bananas

    What a disappointment. Making smoothies through Revive shouldn't be this difficult. The blender locks up midway through a blend on banana smoothies. If a blender can't handle bananas, how's it going to handle kale? I definitely wish I had spent slightly more for a blender that works 100% of the time.

    This is not a good product I have mine at home and can't use it because it keeps shutting off the while blending something and I have to wait for it to start working again. It's annoying. I wish I had my receipt to bring it back 😢

    Quality seems to be getting worse

    This is my 3rd nutribullet in the last 11 years. My first one was a workhorse and held up for 7 years with multiple-times-per-week usage. The second one lasted 4 years with regular usage, and was good enough for me to justify spending the money to replace. The newest one, purchased in March 2026, definitely doesn't perform as well as the first two. The same smoothies that used to easily blend into complete liquids in seconds flat are now left with plenty of chunks no matter how long I blend. Blending more than 15-20 seconds causes a terrible rubber smell, regardless of what I'm blending. I just can't imagine I'm going to get multiple years out of this one. I like the convenience of the nutribullet, but this will probably be my last nutribullet purchase. The quality just isn't there anymore.

    I love it! It's the second one we've bought. This one's for my dad's office—we just can't live without a NutriBullet. I also recommended my boyfriend get one, since he loved it when he came to visit. It's definitely an excellent purchase; it's a household essential. ❤️
