I really like the NYX Shine Killer primer. It helps keep my face from getting too shiny, especially on my forehead and nose. I use it before putting on makeup, and it makes my skin feel smooth. My foundation goes on nicely and stays in place longer. It doesn’t feel sticky or heavy, which I love. Even after a few hours, my face still looks fresh. I tried the NYX Shine Killer as a mattifying primer, and it worked fairly well under makeup. It has a smooth, silicone-like texture that helps foundation glide on easily. I noticed it did reduce shine for a few hours, especially on my T-zone, but I needed touch-ups later in the day. It’s affordable and good for short wear, but not a miracle solution for oily skin. Works best when paired with a setting spray or powder.

Very nice product. It's really helps to minimize shine and makes my makep look less oily and last. The package is easy to use and you need a little. I tried so many different brands, but so far, only this one helps. My face still can be shiny after a few hours but not oily. You can say glow shine.

This is my sixth tube of NYX Shine Killer — that’s how much I love it! You can see in the photo that it’s already empty again. Texture: Lightweight gel, non-sticky, absorbs quickly. Scent: Barely noticeable, great for sensitive noses. Effectiveness: Keeps shine under control for hours, especially in warm weather or under makeup. Packaging: Travel-friendly and compact, though you can’t see how much is left inside. Price: Very affordable compared to high-end primers with similar results.

Works great for oily skin. It was reasonably priced and didn't have an overwhelming scent. Texture wasn't oily, it has a mousse feel and goes onto skin great. Doesn't feel heavy or caky on your skin.
