This “mask” made my medium length blonde hair feel TERRIBLE. It smelled like chemicals, and stripped my hair. It felt like straw. When I got out of the shower and was combing my hair, it was breaking & was extremely hard to detangle. I’m disappointed!

I wish the scent was a little stronger, but it makes my hair feel soooo soft, doesn't leave a residue and doesn't make my scalp itchy as with others I've used. Daily conditioner who?

I felt the difference after the first use. I used around a quarter of the amount (maybe a bit more since I have medium-long hair). It feels so soft, and I only use it once a week. I try to leave the second suggested use for special events.

I am surprised that this product has such good reviews. I have long, thick red hair and this made my hair feel like straw. The scent is pretty awful, even if subtle. Most regular conditioners do a better job hydrating and softening than this “mask” conditioner. I would definitely not recommend and will continue to invest in the higher end masks/deep conditioners.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My hair usually gets static after washing. So I used this as a conditioner after shampooing even though the instruction says another. My hair is now smoother and shinier. But it is not a miracle in my opinion. Any hair mask could do this. I would purchase it myself considering its very affordable price in comparison with its effect. By the way, the packaging is so chic and minimal and looks expensive and beautiful on the vanity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally, a mask that fits into my routine! Being able to use this *before* shampoo makes such a huge difference to me. No more showering and then having to waste water or stand in the cold while a mask does its thing. It definitely makes my hair silky and healthy looking too! You apply it to pre-dampened hair, and it spreads very easily - even on the areas where I have bleach-destroyed hair. The smell itself is a bit woodsy. It throws me off every time, but only because it's unexpected in a women's hair product. It's not offensive in any way. The only reason I removed a star is because the efficacy seems to be heavily dependent on the quality of shampoo you use after. If you use one that's too cheap, the entire result can be affected. But a generally good shampoo is enough to stay out of this products way in making you hair look as healthy as after you've just left a salon. I'd definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the product had a really interesting texture that felt pretty moisturizing when applied to the hair. my hair felt soft and nourished afterwards, however, I didn't see many longterm results after consistent use. i would recommend if you want something to soften up your hair though. it did soften my hair after using it, but for a moisture mask, I expected more deep and lasting hydration in my hair

It adds extra moisture and I am hoping for more healthy hair as time goes on. It absorbs nicely, and scent is not overpowering.

Pros: natural ingredients like high end product, nice packaging, natural nutty smell, doesn't leave greasy feeling after rinse off, price is affordable. My hair was shredding after giving brith and i notice using this hair mask doesn't severe the hair loss.
Cons: doesn't instantly shine your hair as in advertisement but will gradually is. Their shining isn't glossy but mild natural shine. I think because the natural ingredients they used that give its natural effect

Leave on for 2-5 minutes (5 minutes is was I do makes hair softer).rinse.
It makes my hair soft and manageable.
