The original Old Trapper beef jerky is pretty awesome. Very moist and full of flavor. The teriyaki was a let down as an alternate flavor. This peppered version, however, is pretty awesome. It does have a bit of heat to it, but it comes with a great deal of favor. I'd totally buy this again for some variety, but I get why it might not be for everyone.
