My favorite. I also wear over bare nails.
This is my favorite of the special effects top coats. I love that its micro-shimmer. I also like to hear it just plain over bare nails. I like it's not too gold &, not too silver. I appreciate that it's kind of neutral. Please make a silver version of the Golden Effects top coat for us cool tone types. :) :u1FA75:
