A: OLLY Sleep contains 3 mg of melatonin which has been shown to be an effective dose for promoting sleep in healthy adults. However, individual responses to any supplement can vary and some people find they benefit from a lower dose of melatonin while others benefit from a higher one. We can not make recommendations beyond the label dose, however if you need more sleep support, you might consider the new OLLY Extra Strength Sleep. It contains 5 mg of melatonin.

I would say if you have these on hand and want to use them then taking 3 would only equal 9mg of melatonin(less than the extra strength) which is still a safe dose of melatonin.

A: Hello! OLLY Restful Sleep is formulated with 3mg of melatonin per serving (2 gummies). Full elimination of oral melatonin is achieved after 6-9 hours. Therefore, most people wake up feeling refreshed and rested after taking OLLT Restful Sleep and allowing for enough sleeping time. Individuals who feel groggy after taking may be more sensitive to the effects of melatonin and could consider taking half of the suggested dose (1 gummy). OLLY Up!

Formerly the GOAT, now greatly compromised
I’ve been using these as a part of my sleep routine for almost 5 years now. Always was my #1 recommendation to others (but no more). OLLY has recently reformulated without indicating as much to great detriment of the product itself. At minimum L-Theanine has been halved and they’ve introduced pectin into the receipe. Now they have a terrible flavor, weird consistency, and to me, are much less effective. I went to the store and bought out the end of the old inventory - hopefully giving me enough time to find another vendor that sticks with quality instead of chasing costs. Adios!

Effective and good taste!
I love these gummies! I find the taste great (I get the strawberry) and they have been very effective for me. As the bottle says, in about 30 minutes after taking them I am falling asleep. I especially love that I am not feeling groggy in the morning after taking it to fall asleep the night before.

Do not buy!
This is just a terrible product. I only took it occasionally but at least twice I was awake until 3 and 4am in the morning (went to bed a little after 10pm). Probably one of the worst products I've used. I will throw it away, after another night of insomnia. This should be removed from the market.

I like the packaging for this product. In terms of the functionality and flavor, for me it falls short. I do not enjoy the taste. It isn’t awful, but definitely not good and doesn’t taste like blackberry to me. It takes a while for it to kick in, I have noticed it makes me sleepy but doesn’t work as well as some other brands. Overall it isn’t worth the price to me as it isn’t very effective and tastes kinda bad. Will not be purchasing this again.

OLLY Sleep Gets an A
I suffer from chronic migraines and when I have an attack, it’s often hard to sleep. I obtained my first sample of the Olly Sleep when I attended the Dear Media Edit Event in the fall. I took it along with my migraine medication & slept soundly through the night. I also didn’t feel drowsy the next morning so that was an added bonus. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who needs help getting adequate sleep.

Favorite flavor and it really works!
The flavor is so yummy and relaxing.It's a good transitional gummy.To take us before you go to bed, it's not a blast of flavor but it's smooth and sophisticated.And then the melatonin kicks in, it's really good! I usually take just one to get a restful sleep. If I'm having trouble falling asleep, I take 2. They are my favorite melatonin! I take them whenever I need a deep relaxing sleep.
