Broke after about 5 uses

I used the unit about five times and plastic funnel piece broke. This was only used with lemons, pineapples, turmeric, ginger, oranges, celery and all cut into smaller pieces. I have not been able to find the broken piece so far. I would not recommend this unit.

Unfortunate Experience

Unfortunate experience - the juicer did not work. Trying to get someone to help was not easy. Every time I submitted a request for help, they asked for the same information and no one was offering to help. There is no one that you can call - everything is via email and the response time is 24 - 36 hours. I have had Omega juicers for many, many years and never had this kind of experience. Hopefully it is just a one-off. But if your juicer does not work, good luck getting someone to support you with getting it to work.

Fantastic!

Have had our juicer for a few weeks now and are loving it! It does a good job with most things. Some fruit has not been as good and made a very pulpy mixture in the juicer: papaya, strawberries, raspberries. But we have thrown fruits and veggies in and it handles it like a pro. Clean up is easy, especially if done right away. Look forward to using this juice for a long time into the future!

I just got my omega juicer and i am so impressed with the way it juices. I have bought other brands, and this is the one so far. I love the hopper is holds a lot of fruits and vegetables, it's very quiet and it seems very strong.

Worst juicer

Everything got stuck in the auger from the min I turned it on, every batch, even green apples. Worst juicer I’ve ever owned, nothing good about it. I really don’t know how this still sells. Every batch I tried clogged the auger .

Easy to setup & clean

I got this juicer a few months ago and really love it. I have a Breville centrifugal that i love because I don't have to chop anything but the cleanup with that machine is tedious. this is so easy to clean so I use it more which is great for my health. I watched a few videos on yt before i purchased and knew that i would need to chop some items and couldn't just throw them in whole with this juicer. that would be my only minor critique but for my purposes, it works for now. if anything down the line i might upgrade to the more expensive model where I don't have to pre- chop anything but for now, it's great for me. also, it's easy to assemble

disappointed

I have had this juicer a week. After juicing I am unable to get the canister off and the pulp stays stuck in the spout. very unhappy with this product. I was really excited about my new juicer and now disappointed.

Hassle Free Juicing

Cleaning is a breeze compared to traditional mesh filters. The no-mesh design is seriously innovative—it swivels open for quick, effortless rinsing. Honestly, I’ve never seen anything like it until now. Juicing itself couldn’t be easier. The batch hopper fits everything I want in one go—just load it up, press the button, and you’re done. Technically you can walk away, but I usually don’t… I love watching it work its magic (it’s kind of fun to see!). It even includes an optional filter if you prefer less pulp. Personally, I love pulp, so for me this juicer scores an 11 out of 10. Omega, you nailed it!

Best juicer ever!

This juicer is so easy to use. It is a time saver in many ways. No longer do I need to cut fruits and veggies to fit through a tube. Just load up the hopper and watch delicious juice being prepared. The optional sieve allows the choice of pulp or no pulp...my husband loves this feature. Also, I juice more regularly because the clean up is so quick...no more annoying screen to scrub. It's basically rinse and repeat! Love this juicer!

It's an okay, affordable juicer

It's a great juicer so far and it's just easy to assemble. The reason why I gave it 4 stars is because it does not properly juice hard fruits, vegetables and roots. And things like ginger and carrots do not blend well.

Nice, but big
