A:Â I actually saw the difference within a week of taking the pills. I gave them to my 18 yr old daughter and she noticed a difference in about a week as well.
submitted byDonnaB - 6 years agoA:Â After about a month, I saw an improvement. But it wasn't until about 3 months that there was a noticeable difference with me. I'm older, in my fifties, so that may have something to do with it. But my hair is thicker and longer now, as it was in my younger years.

A:Â Yes. You may want to start out taking only one per day, gradually increasing to three per day, if you can tolerate it. I have found I become nauseated if I take more than two per day, though others have no problem taking three. It takes several months before most people see results, so if you aren't seeing any improvement after ~60 days, you may want to try to increase to the full dose if you can tolerate it.

A:Â To tell you the truth, I just take them out and pop them in my mouth after a meal..(breakfast).Says you have to take 3... I've been taking them for a couple months...What I do now is I take them every other day and the day I don't take them, I take one Super B complex along with a multivitamin...I have to say, my nails grow like weeds and really strong but I'm yet to see a real difference in my hair but I do see it growing at a faster rate...I placed another order because I don't want to run out. Hope this helps

These are great for fast hair growth. I'm not into gummies so I really like these come in a soft gel form. Very easy to swallow and be done with it. They're extra strength and have 2x's the Biotin, argan oil infused plus 100% daily value of 9 key nutrients. They also contain antioxidants vitamin A, C and E plus hyaluronic acid. I've never noticed a change in my skin or much nail growth with these my nails are short and brittle but I always she a change in my hair. You can pick some up at many retailers nearby.

I alternate these everyday with multivitamins. I have been taking them for about 6/7 months and have noticed a difference. My hair grew a lot and my nails aren’t as weak as before. I highly recommend!

I have been using these for well over 6 months with NO improvement. Hair continued to fall. I now take another supplement with this. It has slowed down but no new hair is growing. I used this product when it was in a capsule. It was excellent. This is totally useless. Go back to your old formula!!!

Please pay attention to the ingredients and mixing with other vitamins. I've struggled with hair loss for a few years and I have finally discovered I was taking way too much vitamin A. The more my hair fell out the more vitamins i took. Multivitamins and this supplement both have high amount of vitamin A and in return was causing my hair loss. I have stopped all vitamins and my hair is starting to grow back.

These are amazing if you're consistent! I used to take these a few years ago every night before bed and my hair grew do much longer and faster than without. My hair was down to my ribs in 3 months after being kind of stuck at just past my shoulders for what felt like forever. Something to note, the smell and taste is GOD 😖 make sure you take it with food, and maybe try a flavored beverage. That's the only way I got myself to take them. Again, consistency is key so if you're taking them everyday I assume you'll see results!

I’ve take these off and on for years. I take them after eating dinner because taking any vitamin on an empty stomach causes me to have headaches and nausea. These work great for your hair and nails, my nails are long and beautiful now. I am a bit concerned about the titanium dioxide ingredient. I wish they would use a clear gelatin capsule instead of the pink one. These seem to work much better than any gummy hair vitamin I’ve tried.

I also give to my 14 yo, just for some extra vitamins. None of them mind the texture or taste of the gummy. I tried one and I don’t care for ithe texture but I don’t really like any gummy stuff, the taste was alright for me though. I also like that no gmo and only 1 gram of sugar.

Unfortunately I only tried 2 capsules and I had to get rid of it!! Smells really strong and very disgusting! It upset my stomach and I had a bad breath because of it, it made me nauseous, I almost threw up 🤢 do not recommend!
