It is important to note that, while some retailers may currently have both versions of the product available, once they have sold through the previous version, only the version in the Grey box will be available. Since you have experienced discomfort while using this floss, we would suggest discontinuing the use of this product, but we would like to recommend giving our Oral-B Satin Floss or Oral-B Essential Floss a try, as they are still made with their original formula.
