I have not experienced any of the negative things some of the other reviewers have. I have been buying this meat for years. I love the taste and texture. I also have seen the origin of the meat clearly printed on my packaging. It’s not usually the USA, but I don’t care. I prefer the standards in Europe for farming anyway. They are far higher than here. I have a sensitive stomach and this meat never bothered me. Perhaps it’s the cooking style. I always cook mine well done at a higher heat. Ground beef needs to be cooked that way to properly kill bacteria.

Honestly… Didn’t love this ground beef. It had so many small pieces of cartilage in it that I spent majority of my time picking them out. As a busy mama for this was annoying. I absolutely love the other good and gather products but for this it was not a love

The meat is ok. I would like to know which country the cattle are raised and processed in. I’m assuming since it isn’t stated on the label that it isn’t a product of the USA. Please let customers know where it’s from.

Hello, we import our Organic, 100% Grassfed 85/15 Ground Beef from Uruguay/Australia and then process in the US.
