I don't know what any of the complaints are about. I am the fussiest tea drinker and this is the ONLY herbal I drink (except Peppermint if I have a wonky stomach). You smell the beautiful honey right away after opening the packet. The peach is more subtal but ALL herbals are subtal. I have it everyday and hope Target NEVER discontinues. My Celestial Sleepytime vanilla is pushed to the back of the cupboard permanently and I will be drinking this one daily as long as Target is selling it. Buy it, you won't be disappointed.

gave the lavender chamomile to a friend and got some for myself atst and what an embarrassment. the tea has zero lavender flavor and not even good for the chamomile. tastes like drinking dirty hot water. never again.

Has a different flavor from any of the other chai teas that I’ve tried. Not as enjoyable as others. The biggest problem was the quality of the bags. Over 75% of the bags have come untied and spilled into my cup. At first I thought I was not being gentle enough with them. Even with the most caution, the string would come loose and the leaves would spill out. I will not buy again.
