Wow! I am 31 years old and was recently diagnosed with mild arthritis in both knees, I did research and begin taking Osteo Bi-flex. It has only been 6 days and I’ve noticed a huge difference. I have my range of motion back, when I wake up, my knees are not swollen and aching. I’m not someone who jumps to a review after a few days, but I had to with this product, b/c I have seen a difference in a few days. Prior to taking these, my knees were aching, fluid was around my right knee, and it was crackling when I would squat. Today I went to the gym and worked out with no noticeable pain. I have tailored my workouts to low impact. The only con is the size of the pill. It’s no problem for me but they are huge for many people. They are about an inch long and about the size of a ladies pinky finger.
