This clarifying shampoo deeply cleanses away dirt, oil and product buildup with apple cider vinegar while keratin helps strengthen hair.

How To Use:
•Use DETOX SHAMPOO whenever a deeper cleanse is needed.
•Thoroughly wet hair from roots to ends with lukewarm water. Squeeze out excess moisture.
•Lather a quarter size amount in hands.
•Part hair using fingers and apply as close to the scalp as possible.
•Let sit for 1 to 3 minutes.
•Rinse. Squeeze out excess moisture before applying conditioner.
•Rinse with cold water to close the hair cuticle and add shine.

This is a great detox shampoo. I use it once a week and on occasions twice. It's not for every day so be aware. The smell is so pleasant that I look forward to hair detox day! I follow the detox shampoo with a deep conditioner on detox day. It give hair a new life with a soft and smooth finish.

My scalp gets oily very easily / quickly - and when I use this shampoo I can feel my scalp feeling very clean. Esp when coupled with the scalp exfoliating scrub. :) Give more volume for sure!

Obviously I can't speak with 100% certainty but I used this on a friday and woke up on saturday with a swollen eye :/ can't say for certain whether this was caused by the shampoo BUT I did see some some of the ingredients are major allergens sooooo

I have platinum blonde, wavy, very long hair. I have alot of hair but it is fine. It is very dry. I've been working tirelessly the past few months trying to find products and finally have my hair healthy using the redken acidic bonding shampoo and conditioner and washing only twice weekly . For sexample me reason I thought I should add in. Detox shampoo for a once monthly cleanse. After just ONE use, my hair the next day was so dry and the ends so brittle! I had so much breakage and fallout where I normally have next to none now! I am returning immediately and will NEVER buy a OUAI product again

I buy this regularly. It does clarify even with my hard water but, it doesn't strip your hair nor dry out your scalp. I use it about every 3rd or 4th wash. I like the smell.
