MARSHMALLOW ROOT - Softens, moisturizes and detangles
SHEA BUTTER - Hydrates and locks in moisture
AVOCADO OIL - Helps prevent breakage and strengthens

How To Use:
• Thoroughly wet hair from roots to ends with lukewarm water.
• Start with a quarter size amount of THICK SHAMPOO in hands. Work into roots and anywhere hair touches the scalp. Add more if needed. Rinse. Squeeze out excess moisture.
• Start with a quarter size amount of THICK CONDITIONER. Apply in sections. Add more if needed.
• Rinse with cold water to close the hair cuticle and add shine.
Scented with Mercer Street – an outspoken fragrance that a-OUAI-kens the senses with notes of Italian lemon, Turkish rose, jasmine sambac, iris, lily, and white musk.

The best I've tried curly hair
My hair is so dry especially in the summer. I use the shampoo, conditioner and all the styling products for thick anti frizz. I'm very surprised how my hair is no longer breaking and curly again after 3 uses. I will recommend this product. I liked the smell too!

Not good for me need use a lot of shampoo when I wash my hair. It should be for thick hair. Looks like waste money.

SUPER DRYING ON SCALP
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! The shampoo and conditioner dried out my hair and scalp SO BAD. I am kicking myself for even trying this after seeing the reviews saying the same. I needed a double portion of shampoo to even get it to lather and now, my hair is super dry, feels gross, is frizzy, and my scalp is so flaky. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Don't do it!
I can't think of a shampoo/conditioner that I've hated this much. I shampooed twice, and somehow my roots looked oily/greasy just a few hours later. I thought the lather was decent, so I was surprised. I thought the scent was pleasant but overpowering, and it definitely lingered. I never return things and this is going back immediately.

Floral fish fragrance
This shampoo and conditioner just didn't work for me. I have 2C 3A hair and it just pulled my curls flat. The fragrance is pretty overwhelming, like its insanely strong. I'd compare the fragrance to grandma's rose perfume and if you live somewhere hot and humid, once you start warming up it turns to a floral fish smell? There's a whole reddit post on ouai smelling like fish and now I get it. Hydration level was mid at best. For the price and hype I expected more than flat curls that smelled like floral fish.

Made my hair feel dirty
Twice I purchased this the past few years. I guess I forgot how awful it is. My hair felt so dirty. I could not style it at all. I did not have time to rewash it so I ended up putting it up. I won't make the mistake of buying this a third time.

Not for those sensitive to perfume
I'm not sensitive to perfume fragrance whatsoever. However, the shampoo got into my nose and I literally choke off the scent for 30 minutes.

Great product
I have a lot of hair but it's very fine. This shampoo leaves my hair soft and easy to style. It's healthy and though I'm not sure it looks thicker, I do appreciate that it looks clean longer and doesn't have residue that I notice.

Its a middle of the road shampoo & conditioner combo. It did clean my hair. It lathers nicely. The conditioner has a good slip, but doesnt really do much to soften and smooth. As far as leaving your hair moisturized.. i think it depends on how dry your hair. My hair is pretty dry and it did not do a whole lot for me. I think this is a good combo for healthier hair that doesnt need a "lifeline." It smells nice. I don't think it is overwhelming as some reviewers say. Its faint and you can't smell it in your hair after styling it. I say give it a try.
