A: If you're using your Mini Always Pan 2.0 as directed and are applying a small amount of fat when frying an egg, it shouldn't stick. Please reference the Our Place use and care instructions for details

A: The long handle and knob of your cookware is constructed to minimize heat transfer, but are metal, so these may become hot during prolonged cooking or from radiant stovetop heat. Please use caution when removing lids or touching handles. Always use our Hot Grips or Hot Mitts (sold separately), or any oven mitt or towel when using the helper handle.

Also the lid gets very hot . That is a problem for me, because I have to always remember to get a mitten so I can lift the lid to stir what I am cooking. I would not buy them again
